Been here twice the last couple of months. First time got a real Karen manager who told me the computers were down and they couldn’t take orders. I guess it just happened as the three cars in front of me all got food. Anyways I told her I already paid on the app and she didn’t care. Second time I got the coldest hardest most stale chalupa I’ve ever come across. Can this Taco Bell either change staff or close up shop so we can get a real restaurant here?

Not really only to leave reviews but I pulled up at 1030pm not really expecting much but was greeted by a super friendly girl at the speaker and at the window. Food was hot and fresh and her coworker gave me some coupons for free tacos and apologized for the wait (I waited maybe 5 minutes after ordering max with other cars in line). I know it’s not saying much but definitely one of the best fast food interactions I’ve ever had. I didn’t catch her name but she was younger and had red/dirty blonde hair, A+.

Was instructed that I had to use the kiosk. I explained that when I try to make a custom order it never works right. Then I got a I roll with an attitude. What had happened to customer service

Got the completely wrong order, which was much cheaper than what I'd purchased. Noticed once I got home. The lady working that day, which was Wednesday 4/3 around 1pm was extremely rude, acted almost inconvenienced that people were coming through the drive-thru. Probably will go back, but was not happy I spent so much to not even get the correct order

We arrived at this Taco Bell a hour before close and the lady in drive thru lied to us and said they were closing due to short staff. We drove by the drive thru window and saw 3 people in the kitchen and 3 people in the lobby just sitting at the table. Thanks for lying to us.

Grilled cheesy breakfast burrito barely had any filling in it, Only drive through is open, inside is closed for remodeling,

Even when you verify your order twice with the drive-through person, the screen and receipt show everything correctly; somehow, the cooks still get everything wrong. I ordered a 12 taco Party Pack with NO CHEESE on any of the tacos for my 12 hr shift today. Well, all I got is 12 soft tacos with meat and cheese. I prefer meat and lettuce, but now, with no way to return to get my order corrected, I will be having a very difficult time tonight. Thanks for not following instructions, Taco Bell.

Out of beef, closed early, craziness in general. One of the worst Taco Bell’s in the Kansas City area. And I’m well aware of the sentences I just typed. If your gonna be a Taco Bell I don’t expect much, just that you can provide Taco Bell items when your hours say you are open. This Taco Bell
