Im traveling through and stopped by needing some parts. Kiley and Joe were awesome to deal with. They helped me out tremendously. This is the most friendly shop I've been to these guys are great. The pizza was the best ive had i was goad i stopped in.

Worst bike shop I've ever been to...I called them ...asked them if they could do an easy brake adj on my hiboy scooter...the man told me hard to tell who seeing it...so I had a driver follow me over just to have him say it's their store policy not to work on scooters....like wow...I just called...it's an easy brake adjustment...sure hope their bar gives better service than their bike shop.... 😂

With so many bike shops in KC, I’m glad I chose Velo based on a friend’s recommendation. Overall positive experience — from test riding to placing an order to fine tuning adjustments to bringing home my new bike! Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I will be back! Thank you Kiley!

Sloppy work. I took my bike in for a tune up, they fixed one issue but ignored everything else. My pedal fell off on the ride home. I had to walk it back. They charged me to fix it. Then my handlebars came loose on my next ride home. I gave up entirely on these guys. I recommend going anywhere else for bike repair.

In response to their response; apparently they knew about about all my bikes issues and let me ride home anyway. When I did finally get home, all I had to do was tighten a few things and now my bike is working great. They apparently couldn't be bothered. They would rather mock a new cyclist than just fix a bike. Absolutely abhorrent business tactics and callous attitude for their clients safety.

Dedicated cycling restaurant with backyard. You can leave your bike outside and staff will look at it. Good pizza for just $12.

Walked in a Saturday afternoon of St. Patrick’s Day, hoping to get a drink, and they yelled at us that they were closed, even though the doors were open, and then, when we weren’t sure what was going on, they blew an airhorn in our ears. Will not be back, extremely unprofessional.Edit: Typical small business response, not taking responsibility and trying to blame someone else when it was the bartender (if you disagree, show me video) that blew the air horn. We had an awesome time at Chef Tito’s after, come here instead!!!Edit 2: their response is literally we should have taken our ‘mind reading pills’. Amazing.

Walked in on Snake Saturday, only to have a rude bartender yell "we're closed!" several times as we opened the UNLOCKED front door. Then, we had an airhorn blasted at us as we stood there in confusion. We walked out of our way to support this garbage business. Don't waste your time.

We just walked into Velo Garage and they blasted us with an air horn and told us they were closed, even though there were 30-40 people inside and it was during their open hours.I’ve been there before and bought stuff from their shop and they were always cool, so I don’t know what happened. I don’t think I will be going back there again.

Question. Why does Josh Davison pretend to be gay and black? Appropriation much? He’s like 46 years old. I also heard he’s been spreading herpes all over town again with that greasy uncircumcised deformity of his. Terrible, just terrible.
