The Wendy's in North Kansas City on armor road is fantastic. Every single time I've been there, the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are. I feel like a lot of fast food restaurants here in Kansas City Just have unenthusiastic and bored workers who will literally make you wait 3 minutes to ask what your order name was. I work in North Kansas City, and I get a 30-minute lunch break. I drive across North Kansas City to come to this Wendy's because the service is so fantastic. And with a mobile order, I always get my food as soon as I say my name. Thank you, North Kansas City Wendy's for being awesome!

I received my UberEats order missing my large drink and 2 cookies. They refused to give me my items. Uber wouldn’t refund. The Wendy’s asst mngr was rude. How are you restaurants always making mistakes yet coming out on top? No one is ever held responsible for the terrible service and lack of attention to detail in your orders. My order cost me $60 and it was so bad, I didn’t eat it.
I m Ordered a single Cheese with No Mayo and Tomato . I received Tomato On the sandwich. The fries Were cold . The worst Sandwich I’ve ever had . Will Never Return .
