The Wendy's in North Kansas City on armor road is fantastic. Every single time I've been there, the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are. I feel like a lot of fast food restaurants here in Kansas City Just have unenthusiastic and bored workers who will literally make you wait 3 minutes to ask what your order name was. I work in North Kansas City, and I get a 30-minute lunch break. I drive across North Kansas City to come to this Wendy's...

My order was messed up and couldn't come back because I was on my way to work. April let me come back. She was very nice on the phone. April turned a bad experience into a pleasant one.

We arrived at the lunch rush hour and ordered from the screen in the lobby. The service was prompt and the food was fresh. The staff was pretty busy but the manager still came out in the lobby and asked how our meal was and if we needed anything. She went above and beyond and kept the front line moving.
