Had Wolfepack at a catered event at work- usually catered bbq is dry and I never get excited about it, however wolfepack was not only the best catered BBQ I’ve ever had, but best brisket I’ve EVER had! Fatty and moist (in the best way) and thick cut. SO GOOD! Can’t wait to go here sometime on my own!!

Every time I come to Kansas City to visit my kids I try to eat at establishments we have not eaten at yet. And of course Kansas City is known for its barbecue so we are always on the hunt for great BBQ places. This was such a gem and I'm so glad we went. Next time my husband is with me we will go again. The location was perfect, there was a free parking lot, our server was great, loved the atmosphere and vibe of the place. And of course, the food. I was not disappointed with what we ordered. I wish I had taken my phone into the bathroom with me because even the bathroom was cool! I look forward to going again! Highly recommend!!

Service was amazing and great atmosphere but the noodles were over done and the meat was just greasy and the beef burn ins were overcooked. Sweet tea was good tho.

Have tried about 5 times to place an online order and even 5 hours before closing time on a Tuesday it says no ordering available. Either redesign the website to state when you sell out, that you don’t offer online ordering, or learn how to run a business? Like, I’m already going out of my way to try a new place and I’m done fighting to try the food since I’ve heard mixed reviews. It’s not that hard. I’ll call Jack Stack or KC Joes or Slaps because they do takeout.

My son and I were in town for the Big 12 Tournament and wanted some good KC barbecue. We are so glad we happened upon Wolfpack BBQ! It was delicious and we would highly recommend it. I am gluten free and they had things marked on the menu u for GF and the best news is that all their meats and sauces are GF!

My son and I were with a couple of friends were in Kansas City for the Big 12 Tournament. We went to Google to find some good BBQ. We read the reviews and were pleased to find Wolfepack BBQ was only a mile from the Downtown Marriott. It lived up to the 5-star reviews it's received. We loved the ambiance and Avery provided recommendations to the group that exceeded expectations. Great food, great service, and a highlight of the trip.
Wolfepack is the underdog of the BBQ game in KC, but I see them becoming the new top dogs. We were seated very quickly and were given a run-down of the menu as it was our first time eating there. Our waitress suggested the garlic cheese curds which were simply fantastic in every way. For the main course I ordered the brisket with mac and cheese and coleslaw. Their brisket is amazing and smoked to perfection. Their spicy BBQ sauce is some of the best that I have ever had. Their mac and cheese is so creamy and cheesy I just couldn't get enough. Their coleslaw is lemon pepper based which was different but still very delicious. I wholeheartedly believe this is some of the best if not the absolute best BBQ in town.

Great local BBQ spot. We had the 2 meat plate with brisket and beef burnt ends. Beef burnt ends were fresh, tender with a great bark. The sliced brisket was the perfect smoke, tender, and a great bark. Good sauce to complement. Highly suggest this place.

What a place ! I was so impressed. The atmosphere is everything. It’s comfortable and laid back. Staff members provide excellent service and are attentive to your needs. And the food. They have such tender brisket and excellent cowboy beans. Probably the best food I’ve ever eaten. I wish we had this place in my city !

Service was good for a pickup. Even though I could have been told to order online, the person was gracious enough to not only take my order, but also answer any pesky questions. I ordred four meats. Brisket, pork belly burnt ends, beef burnt ends, and pulled pork. The pulled pork was okay, it was on the drier side. But the brisket. My goodneee, that brisket was so tender, fat melts on your tongue, flavorful. The best brisket I've had. They have such confidence in their brisket, it is thick sliced. Normally brisket is cut thin to make it tender. This crew didn't. They cut thick pieces that were still so tender. Their meats and sauces are gluten free. I'm not gluten free, but that tells me their spices don't have weird caking and anti clumping agents in their rubs. This is solid BBQ that is well thought out and executed
