“Stopped into this location after a long road trip back from FL, and was immediately greeted by Navarro. His energy was magnetic, and his smile contagious- literally 2 days before Christmas.
Additional note, the restaurant and woman’s bathroom were SPOTLESS! Absolutely one of the most pleasant experiences I have had at a fast food resting in a long time!
BK Corporate, take note! If this gentleman is not already leading the region and training others on how to take pride in their work he absolutely should be!

I wanted to recognize Aaron W., our server at Applebee’s, for the outstanding service he provided. From the moment we sat down, Aaron was professional, attentive, and handled a very busy dining room with impressive skill.
Even with multiple tables and a full restaurant, he remained calm, organized, and made sure every guest felt taken care of.
What really stood out was how he handled situations when people had concerns or complaints. Aaron addressed them with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Instead of letting the pressure of a busy night affect his service, he stayed focused on making sure everyone had a great experience.
As the evening went on, it became clear that Aaron has the qualities of a truly great server efficient, respectful, and genuinely dedicated to customer service.
He represented Applebee’s very well and turned what could have been a hectic night into a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone at our table.
Aaron is exactly the kind of employee that keeps customers coming back. Great job!

“I just wanna start off saying that this location was amazing and one of the best around here. The burgers and tots were fresh and tasted amazing, and the drinks were perfect. “We stopped in tonight for a late dinner and almost left unhappy due to wait time during a time they were not very busy. But then here came Eric with a smile on his face with our food in hand sympathizing with my wait and going back in for our drink that was missed by someone else. Not only did he bring our food out but he took our order and payment prior to. He went above and beyond for his customers tonight and was smiling and delightful through the entire encounter. Thank you Eric!!!!“
