I wanted this meal to be so good, and I really don't like to leave bad reviews, but unfortunately my experience with the Mudcat food truck was deeply disappointing. My wife and I just stopped at the food truck and ate some of the best burgers and wraps! I had the Mac n Cheese/Bacon burger and she had the Southwest wrap. Both were HUGE and delicious. The staff (their family) was very kind and we enjoyed our conversation with them while our food was being prepared fresh! We will absolutely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
