"we're open" is hilarious. They are in fact, never open. it's 5:30pm on a Friday and closed. Last time we tried it was around 4pm and also closed. Used to be a great place for ice cream but with the horrendous management, I cannot fathom how they can pay bills with never being open 🤷♀️

Delicious!! Staff was very friendly, and patient!! We ordered I love u latte, monkey business, strawberry cheesecake, & fruity pebbles- definitely coming back to try other flavors!!

they get two stars because their ice cream is good and their prices are decent, other than that i wouldn’t waste your time. they’ve been closed 4 days in a row this week even though they’re supposed to be open.

Just went this afternoon. Young lady with black and red hair served us. She was super awesome. Was the only one working. Lots of customers were piling in and she kept her cool and not got upset or frustrated. She was great

Place is decent icecream and good vibes but terribly managed. It's never open during their posted hours (4-9 today...it's 5:42 and it's closed with a teenager worker asleep outside). They also have too many menu items that take too long to make causing delays when they are open. After coming regularly for a couple years we are done.

No service with a smile. In fact no smiles. - I probably should havestuck to rolled ice cream but instead i was drawn to the $7 shake. I like a good chocolate shake. Honestly it taste as if the milk was sour or bad ice cream or something. My wifes monkey business was betterbut honestly missing something once again i think the ice cream was off. I did not make a point to give a review just doing so because google maps saw i was theresnd promptedme to. Sorry it’s kind of sour. Similar to my shake. I dont live in Gladstone. And sono compelling reason to make a trip back to this ice cream spot.

Brianna was an excellent great ONE man team the place was fairly busy and she was all alone but was able to still get through the rush in decent amount time she did get my order wrong but was able to fix me up before I left. Props to Brianna for hanging in there, but a tip to the manager you probably need more than one person on a Saturday night shift.
Would love to give more stars because the ice cream itself is delicious. It would just be nice if they were actually open when they state . The teenagers working always close up super early (today for instance is supposed to be until 10 but it was closed with no signage when we arrived at 6:50pm) which is really disappointing. Every other time we try to come, it's closed up early but still states open on Google.

Very disappointed, we drove 30 minutes to try this place because we were in search of new ice cream joints on google, just for them to be closed. Google says they are open until 9pm, it is only 5:47pm. If that is indeed not the correct case/hrs then as an establishment, they should make sure those things are updated.

Cute atmosphere and the flavors are super yummy. You get a decent amount of ice cream for the prices too! This will be a regular stop whenever we're in town. They have tables and a few comfy chairs to sit in while also providing board games to play!

Drove a hour just to get some rolled ice cream just for them to close early and not let us in. Had to drive back to our hotel without a much desired ice cream and a very very angry mother.
