I just had Chick-fil-A remind me what amazing customer service actually means. My wife had stopped by to pick up lunch for us and our two toddlers. One of the items for the kids was missing when we got home. Anyone with young kids knows that this can be recipe for disaster. I called the restaurant to explain that we had a missing item, hoping for a refund or credit on our next visit. I believe I reached the manager who apologized and went above and beyond by driving the missing item to us during the lunch rush. We really appreciated the extra effort and quick resolution so much and it made our day. Our kids had a great lunch and we're so happy to get the Mac and cheese after all. Truly turning a frustrating circumstances into an amazing customer service experience. Thanks so much!

I cannot believe I paid almost a dollar extra to get a large fry and this is what I get: 4 actual whole waffle fries and a bunch of waffle fry crumbs (as seen in the picture, I poured out all the fries onto a pan to reheat and there were not any extra fries in the bag not seen in the picture). Not to mention that the biggest fry looks absolutely disgusting with green stuff on the edge (which led me not to trust eating the fries at all, which are typically my favorite part and the whole reason I’d choose Chick-fil-A over another chicken fast food place). I will never be returning to this Chick-fil-A location and recommend skipping on the fries (or on the safe side going somewhere else or a different location altogether) since you won’t get the quantity or quality you pay for!

I normally go to the Wentzville location which if I may say (is SUPERB), but recently have been going to this one for work purposes. The first issue I had was I ordered a Mocha Iced Coffee which I always do, and they said “we can’t make those”, pretty sure they just put chocolate sauce in and no other chick fil a has said that before. Then today, I did a mobile order for the Cobb salad. I only get chicken, tomatoes, and extra egg on the salad. Once I opened it up they didn’t put any egg on it. I’m really disappointed with this specific location and most likely won’t visit it again.

I was ordered regularly from this location for a long time and even worked there for a few months (would still be if not for life issues). In my entire life I have never bothered to write a review for anywhere I have eaten, but this Chick Fil A absolutely delivers in every single way. The people there are all amazing, the service is as fast as it gets, and the food is always top notch. I just ordered 2 spicy sandwiches with cheese and a sweet tea and the sandwiches were very juicy and flavorful. The tea was the perfect amount of sweetness. Don't waste your life eating at McDonald's, eat here instead!!!

Just picked up a medium waffle fry and it was half full, no bueno, very disappointed. Along with all the fillets I request they give me the smallest breakfast ones instead of the dinner ones that I pay full price for. But they are friendly

I ordered my foot through the app at 10 am from St. Peters Arrived to chick fil a by 10:20 am The lane of the drive through pick up was big and as soon the I scan the IQ code my order was Cancel bc they were not serving breakfast any more It was at 10:31
