I normally go to the Wentzville location which if I may say (is SUPERB), but recently have been going to this one for work purposes. The first issue I had was I ordered a Mocha Iced Coffee which I always do, and they said “we can’t make those”, pretty sure they just put chocolate sauce in and no other chick fil a has said that before. Then today, I did a mobile order for the Cobb salad. I only get chicken, tomatoes, and extra egg on the salad. Once I opened it up they didn’t put any egg on it. I’m really disappointed with this specific location and most likely won’t visit it again.

I was ordered regularly from this location for a long time and even worked there for a few months (would still be if not for life issues). In my entire life I have never bothered to write a review for anywhere I have eaten, but this Chick Fil A absolutely delivers in every single way. The people there are all amazing, the service is as fast as it gets, and the food is always top notch. I just ordered 2 spicy sandwiches with cheese and a sweet tea and the sandwiches were very juicy and flavorful. The tea was the perfect amount of sweetness. Don't waste your life eating at McDonald's, eat here instead!!!

Just picked up a medium waffle fry and it was half full, no bueno, very disappointed. Along with all the fillets I request they give me the smallest breakfast ones instead of the dinner ones that I pay full price for. But they are friendly

I ordered my foot through the app at 10 am from St. Peters Arrived to chick fil a by 10:20 am The lane of the drive through pick up was big and as soon the I scan the IQ code my order was Cancel bc they were not serving breakfast any more It was at 10:31

breading in the nuggets was aweful or undercooked. plus they like to short you on fries like mcdonalds. overall with that and that staffs inability to add a fruit cup at the window i'd say dont waste your time. hate to say it but looks like chick fila is starting to work its way towards being the next big chain that couldnt care less about it's customer experience....sad representation of themselves for a christian value driven company

Chick-fil-A constantly touts using its mobile app because it saves time. However, I have not found this to be true. Once I go through the mobile drive-through up to the window, I sit and wait while they deliver food behind me to 8 to 10 cars before I ever see my order. What’s the point in using the mobile app if you don’t get through the line quicker? I might as well just order with a person and wait at the front instead of having to wait at the window. The food is amazing and we eat a lot of Chick-fil-A but I don’t think their mobile app isn’t all that great in saving anybody time.

Good, friendly service and keen sense of organization is always present at Chic-fil-A, and usually the food is good. However, after giving this 1 breakfast menu item at least 5 chances, it continues to amaze me how awful it is. It's the sausage, egg and cheese on an english muffin. The english muffin is as hard as a rock, and I have to take it off and end up throwing it away. I'm always grabbing it on the run, so am too far down the road to bring it back and make a complaint. I would not recommend it at all! They DO, however have other good breakfast items, especially the tasty hash browns and good chicken, hash brown and egg scramble bowl. (just hard to eat that while driving) If the rock hard english muffin hadn't happened so many times, I'd up my stars to 4, and some days even 5!
