I have been visiting this Chipotle location for years and never had bad experience. This visit they behaved as they are giving away food for free. Very rude staff. When I asked for supervisor/manager. She mentioned that they do not have time. Very busy inside and did not care about my concerns. Will go to other Chipotle but not this one.
Loved the food, great service, decent atmosphere.
No smile, no good customer service it's so sloppy. , and the rice is uncooked it's crunchy it's so bad , and some of the chicken are badly burnt, the worst Chipotle experience i have ever had.
Excellent food
Came in an hour before they closed. Staff acted like customers were a burden. Half-baked attempts at completing orders. Didn’t get the right size of queso or queso on my food as I paid for. Figured it wasn’t worth the hassle to talk to the standoffish and rude employees. Be better

I got DoorDash from here. I paid $16 (without delivery fees) for a rice burrito, and I kid you not, 5 pieces of steak.
They had the audacity to charge me around $3 extra for the steak. Didn’t think the chipotle hate was real, but this was my first time eating chipotle in a couple years and I will never do that again. Go to Abelardo’s.. or anywhere else. I can get two meals for less than what I paid for this garbage burrito.
This is the worst Chipotle I have ever experienced, the people who service the food were cleaning the food counter with a dirty rag, not caring that the food that has fallen out of the containers falls on the clean food, the service was terrible, they have no customer service at all, here I was served by a girl who did not pay attention to serving me at all, I asked for carnitas for my bowl and saw that there was only less than a spoonful left and I was going to leave it just like that, she got upset because I asked her if that was all she would serve me? and she only asked me to get back in line while they prepared more, but her aptitude was always despicable. I just left the place after this. I will never coming back
Food quality is horrible. Steak was nothing but fat. Lettuce was brown. This happened too many times. I deleted their app and will no longer order from here.
They are very busy in here usually and work quickly to get you your food.

The only reason I'm giving you a 5 star review for service is just because of one employee. The kids at the counter that took my order and checked me out had no customer service skills whatsoever. HOWEVER WHOM EVER WAS ON THE GRILL, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. He smiled, laughed and interacted with the customers even though he was behind the scenes. I had a rough day and he brought a smile to my face. He needs to be the one waiting on customers, not the kids with no customer service skills or interaction. You don't get get friendly hospitality anymore these days. And with price increases and job cuts people will go where service is good, not bad. There is a lot of competition out there. I've been to this location many times, but never encountered him, he must be new
SO BRAVO FOR WHOMEVER HIRED HIM.I left with a smile on my face and will continue to do business there.I called the manager as well to let them know about this employee, he informed me his name was Jef. So Jef, thank you and keep making people laugh and smile. Hopefully you can deal with the customers more. That is were you definitely belong.
Dirty dinning, no ice, no straws. They should have someone supervising the restaurant. The product is good but they should take care of the place too. There is no space for more trash. Definitely need management supervision and better customer service, because a clean space is good customer service too.
The food itself was fine. However, the restaurant looked like a disaster. The staff was disorganized and distracted. I never got my receipt, and no plastic ware and napkins were in my to go order.
I ordered a pickup order that I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for. there was a big blonde lady covered in tattoos, a skinny black guy, and a white teenage guy working and none of them ever made an attempt to talk to me or ask about my order. i stood there for 30 minutes seeing all of the orders placed after mine go first. i had to go up and cut the line to ask for my food, where the blonde lady gave it to me with an annoyed look on her face .

You are incredibly lucky that you have an awesome team at your location. The star of this team is a young man named CJ. Appreciate him.
He goes above and beyond for his customers. I have food related restrictions and I have mentioned it to him. Now, he goes above and beyond to take care of it without me even mentioning it.
For instance, the customer prior to me ordered pork. As a Muslim, I can’t eat pork. So CJ went to great lengths and changed his gloves for me. He didn’t had to do that but he did because he remembered my restrictions. Even I forgot but glad that he didn’t.
