We love CBW and this location in particular. My family is obsessed with their delicious buffalo chicken wrap. Debbie and the whole staff are kind and courteous, and everything they make is high quality. A wonderful healthy option for your busy life!

So disappointed! I have never had a bad experience at CBW but I went through the drive thru today and ordered a thai wrap and some wontons. The service was good and fairly quick. The wontons were perfect! But the wrap has almost no sauce on it whatsoever. I pulled the whole thing apart thinking maybe it was just all lumped in one spot but no. I ate a few bites of the areas that had a bit of sauce and then had to toss the rest. Really sucks.

I wouldn't eat here if you're gluten sensitive. They may have gluten free options but they don't take gluten free seriously. I asked in the drive thru if the chips and queso is gluten free and the lady said I'll have to look online because they don't look into that. What an answer lol took my business elsewhere. I recommend Corner pub and grill down the street from them who is owned by a celiac family.

The woman picture completely adorable ignored me when I came to the counter and there were no other customers at the counter. When I tried to get her attention she turned away from me each and every time.. she even walked past me into the lobby and I asked her then could I get some help and again not a single word from her I was completely ignored she walked back behind the counter avoided eye contact and turned her back every time I tried to get her attention. After 10 minutes of feeling invisible, disrespected and very awkward, the young man that was working the drive-thru came over and assisted me. The woman could have easily said one moment please or I'm working on something else, which she was not, or anything other than completely ignoring me. This kind of absence of service and laziness is what costs a business customers it's no wonder the store was virtually empty. I will never be back

There is a lady that works here loud and proud of it and everytime she’s there the food sucks she’s cackling and taking crap at the window today I just drove off wasn’t going to waste my time or money

If I could give this place 0 starts i would. We were behing a couple and we're helped by the same person. First the person at the register took 10 minutes to notice us. Then when they did they were leaning on the counter full torso, this made me so uncomfortable you put people's food there. She gave them attitude like no one's buisness. Mightve been because they were a gay couple but the service was just horrible. Even when I went to order my food the cashier was whispering but still yelled about their card as if trying to embarrass them, seriously grow up. Cashier had the WORST attitude towards them and then was rude to everyone else in the line too. Just plain awful experience being in there.

I ordered two regular bowls for take out. The order was ready when I arrived, and I was able to include all items from the condiment bar, it was fully stocked. Both entrées were prepared exactly as we ordered them. The chicken was cooked just right, and the portions were generous. These positive experiences, keep us returning on a regular basis.

I just started going to this location about a month ago. Service is exceptional with every person I encounter. Food is delicious. Not your typical fast food restaurant
