The service and management were terrible. We were told they were having some issues and that food would take about 45 minutes, we were understanding and agreed to wait. However, it ended up taking an hour and a half. Customers who arrived 45 minutes after us got their food, ate, and left before we even received ours. When our food finally came, it was wrong. We ordered 2 shakes and order of fries thru drive thru
Young girl gave us 1 shake and told us to pull forward for the rest
Sat there over 5 min everyone else leaving and went around to window and girl gave me fries and manager ( young man) asked me what happened and I asked for refund because they weren’t even making the shake
He told me to give back fries and then will give me refund
So I did and he shut window and gave me full refund and closed window without saying...read full review
