We moved to this part of O’Fallon a year ago and I wanted to love this DQ. I’ve gone to the Bryan RD DQ since it was opened. That one is Heaven. The Main Street one is hell. Someone please tell the youngsters how to mix a blizzard.The young kids NEVER mix our blizzards. The only one who is halfway capable with blizzards is the middle aged woman working there. All the toppings are at the top and not towards the middle or bottom of my blizzard. I always order extra Oreo, I pay the extra $$ but get less than the DQ on Bryan Road would give me for a regular Oreo blizzard. I used to be able to slide my spoon in towards the bottom and see Oreo particles and chunks throughout it. Not with the Main Street DQ. The manager is a slob at this location. He acts like he hates being there. They’ve screwed up so many of my orders that he recognizes who I am when I come to the window and acts like I’m a burden. The burger meat is weird. It’s never fresh or hot. This peanut butter sundae I ordered extra Peanut Butter and extra peanuts and the Oreo blizzard was supposed to have extra Oreo. Literally, there’s always been something wrong with every order. I’m not exaggerating. I’ve only come to this DQ this year out of desperation. I’m so disappointed. Just for reference, we live right across the street from this DQ, but from here on out we’re driving the xtra 15 minutes to the Bryan Road DQ to receive the quality food for the price it costs. The Main Street DQ has literally pushed us away. Go to the Bryan Rd One, I promise you won’t be disappointed! The service, friendliness, and food are worth the drive. I’m honestly surprised at the 4 Star Rating for the Main St DQ. It’s a lie.

Dairy Queen is a staple for their blizzards - our kids love the ice cream and chicken. Can be tricky to get in and out of this location, but line moves steadily, we’ve never had too long to wait. Staff is kind - their cakes are great, too!

These guys are great, the manager Nick is super to deal with. Drive through people are always polite and smiling. We are there almost every evening, best ice cream around. And the order is always correct.

Arrived at 10:21 pm in the drive thru and no one took our order so we pulled up to the window and saw the employees just standing around chatting in there. Thought they closed at 10:30 but I guess they decided they wanted to close early tonight so we went to get ice cream at Clementine’s instead
