Food was good. Staff friendly .Atmosphere was cold, it was 26° outside so I guess that's why it was cold in there. I went to use the women's bathroom and it was like a freezer in there. There was two stalls and each stall was supposed to have two rolls of toilet paper, there was absolutely no toilet paper in either of them. Not good.

Went to drive thru, no other cars in line, paid md for mt food , and had an almost 15 minute wait for my food. I think if fry person could have stayed off their phone, the process would have been a bit shorter. Also appears that home delivery service orders cone before drive thru ones, three were assembled and picked up before I got my order. Plus, apparently my order had sat for a while, and my fries were cold. Not the pleasant experience I'm used to from Freddies.

Love there California style combo bc you can also ask for grilled onions. Reminds me of In & Out in a way. Don't forget the Jalapeno sauce has a light spice and amazing flavor. I gave them a 4 star only bc some of the workers smelled like Mary Jane and that's unprofessional to me.
