We went to the new location in Wildwood on Father’s Day, with some friends, and it was refreshing watching the children playing games, and families together. This place is going to be a great success in Wildwood. Congratulations, we certainly enjoyed ourselves yesterday.
Great beer & pizza, fantastic family atmosphere and they have a variety of NA beer options!
Great neighborhood craft beer pub with a great atmosphere, good beer selection, friendly staff, and great brick oven pizza. Decent amount of outdoor seating especially if you don't mind share a picnic table to meet new friends (even if just for the evening). Store front parking can be hectic due to share lot with neighboring business BUT extra parking is just across the street and marked by yellow lines. Covered patio with garage door wall can be reserved for private events and looks like it could accommodate 35-40 people comfortably. There is also counter front indoor seating and a few table in main entrance area.
Vary disappointed with this place. Service sucked so did manager that was on duty. Waited good 15 to 20mins before anyone came. They weren't even busy. Food wasn't even all that good for the price
We are repeat customers and this Friday’s visit was my for birthday choice. Love the beer choices, the food, the whiskeys, the indoor/outdoor seating, the location and the service. Melba was our very good & pleasant waitress. She was very helpful & attentive. Right on service. Had a blast! The pizzas are just the right size, hot & delicious. We will keep coming back…….
Customer service here could certainly use some improvement, but the environment there is very chill and relaxed. Great beer and aesthetic.
The beer is good!! But when you walk in the people working there aren't very welcomeing
We love going to ALL of the Good News Brewing locations! The on in Defiance is our favorite just because of the location & atmosphere, however the closest to home is the original location in O'Fallon. We were just there the weekend of St. Patty's Day. i always be sure to take a growler (or two!) with me whenever I go. the Irish Red was sooo good! And you can never go wrong with the Dirty Laundry Brown Ale or the Perfect Storm!!!
Great pizza, atmosphere and waitress were all excellent. Can't go wrong here for sure!!!
I loved going to Good News when we lived down in MO. We typically went to the one in Defiance but also went to the locations in O’Fallon and Augusta too. Hopefully we’ll come visit in a couple months. Its worth the five hour drive.

This place is awesome! After taking a few bites, my daughter proclaimed this was the best pizza she'd ever had! Unbeknownst to her, the beer is also very tasty 😉
On November 15 around 7pm, I was disappointed with my order. I paid over $30 for two small pies that were overwhelmed by a strong char flavor, which detracted from the otherwise chewy, delicious crust. The bottoms weren’t burnt, but they were coated with an unpleasant, old char taste. On top of that, about 80% of each pie was undercooked and doughy. If you quote a 10-minute cooking time, perhaps don’t pull the pies out at 8. This experience was nothing like what I’ve come to expect from the Defiance and Augusta locations.
Nice employees! Great food and beer!
The hours on Sunday say Noon to 6pm yet, at 4pm closed. Idk
I've been coming here off and on for many years since O'Fallon was my hometown and I respect bringing a craft beer joint to the place. Before the multiple locations, Good News O'Fallon was a fun bustling joint with great service. My last two visits have been very poor and it has become difficult to justify spending money at this location. When inviting friends or family, they would prefer to head to St. Charles or Defiance where the service/pizza is better.
One particular night we were the only ones in the place (oddly on a Friday) and all three of the staff were goofing off in the back instead of waiting on us. The soap spigot in the bathroom was in the sink and it was just a mess. It clearly shows that this location was forgotten.
Both of these times our pizza was burnt past the tolerable level of wood-fired appreciation. When mentioning this to staff, they didn't even seem to care or offer to replace it with pizza that wasn't completely black on the bottom.
I like hitting the laundry next door for super large comforters and other items that don't fit in my device at home. It's convenient to just grab a beer while waiting. This place can do better or consider closing to focus on locations doing it better.
