The food was good and the service was okay but I ordered a lemonade drink and they gave me water. I asked again for lemonade and they still gave me water.

I’m a care taker for an older lady who is extremely particular and sometimes rude tbh. Paulette was extremely patient, polite and accommodating. They were very busy, but I waited less than 10 minutes and I could see Paulette working hard to make everything run smoothly. Thank you Paulette, for working so hard and being so patient and kind!

Stained ceiling tiles from water damage, parking lot has a lot of potholes and cracks difficult for a disabled person (my mom) to walk across it, the only thing that was good about this place was our waitress Megan. She's phenomenal, nice and took really good care of us. The bathrooms are dirty and smelly. Some booths have torn seats with tape on them, floors look dirty and unmopped, The food is subpar at best. Air vents hanging from ceiling and looks like it will fall down. Air vents dirty .

Great staff, excellent service. My server was friendly, and when I accidentally tipped my salsa over, was super helpful and brought me a new cup. Food is always excellent.
Ordered the breakfast tacos However have issues with eggs and onions. Explained this to our waiter. After which he repeated back my order emphasizing my special order. However when my order arrived it had onions in it. Knowing that the wait staff at the Ihop. In O'FALLON can be very rude when you return food that was done wrong I decided I'd try and remove the onions from my tacos. When I came to the conclusion that there where way too many I handed my food over to the server. At which time he Explained my issue to the cooks and manger. The manager and other staff members decided that they would make fun of my request and said very loudly that I would get no peppers on my tacos just chicken and cheese. However I said I like peppers, just no onions or egg with my side being hashbrown. I d ordered it like that before with no problem. After which I saw one of them very harshly hit the side of the trash can with the plate that had the tacos on it. I told the server that this was very upsetting and that my husband and myself will not be returning to this location. At which time the manger offered me 20% off my order which just seemed like a insult and took no blame for what took place that I saw and heard . Trying to act as if they were merely mad at the server for messing up my order not me. Said they have elderly people with dietary issues come in all the time and even offer gluten options. I did however get the food fixed but the humiliation of how I felt cant be fixed. This however wasn't the 1st time I've had issues. I shouldn't have to explain that I have issues with onions or eggs . I've excused the treatment in the past because of the fact the restaurant is convenient.

The food was excellent and the restaurant was clean. I invited two missionaries from my church and chose a dine in restaurant so we could visit while we ate. Immediately after we finished eating, our check was dropped off. No offer for refills and our plates remained on the table. The copy of our check was dropped off two more times, within minutes of each other. As someone who worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years, I wasn't being a table hog (we ended up being there about 20-30 minutes) and the restaurant was mostly empty. Having someone drop off a check so many times felt like an invitation to leave. I definitely won't be going back to the O'Fallon store.

Our food was delicious and our waiter was perfectly attentive without being overly so. All of the front of house staff was awesome but someone in the back of house, or a waitress or manager I'm not sure, was screaming at other staff the ENTIRE time. The staff here must be miserable if that was anyone in authority. It really distracted from our experience as well it made the whole dining room tense. We were no where near the kitchen either so there's no reason we should be hearing a woman berate her fellow staff. Don't want to give my business to that behavior.
