Read on for a truly 5 star worthy review story...I ordered online and the Uber Eats link provided kept pushing the delivery back. So I called the store directly, and they stated there was an issue with the Uber Eats delivery. They also said they would delivery it to me, and offered me a complimentary cookie as dessert for my troubles. It can be harder and harder to find this kind of personalized customer service in fast food delivery these days. They deserve a raise!
Had such a great experience at this JimmyJohn’s. Food was delicious and employees were kind and helpful. Manager treated the young employees very kindly and was a friendly atmosphere.
