Never open the hours it lists. On the extremely rare occasion it is, they are out of everything. One night they were out of chicken sandwiches. Lol. Another night it was buns. How does a place that sells almost exclusively chicken run out of chicken? Upside is Lion's Choice is next door and open late.

Unfortunately I learned a lesson the hard way about not giving a second change to places that do not deserve.After a terrible experience some months ago, I decided to get food from this KFC unit again. I ordered online so I could pick it up quicklyNothing come more distant from reality. They closed the hall, refused to hand my order and told me to go to a huge drive thru line. They were so rude as they could just get my order.I stayed in line for 81 minutes and then they handed me the bag with the food that was siting outside without any protection, following any safety guideline for at least 81 minutes. When I complained they simply answered "I don't care"Threw the food in the garbage as it was freezing cold and could be a threat to my family. Opened a complaint to corporate but nothing happened. All in all, I wasted money, time and had to deal with frustration of kids waiting in the car for 80+ minutes and not able to get food.I hope corporate takes some measure on this unit as the service and behavior of employees will harm the image of the entire company in the region.

You know i sure would like to get the 8pc dark meat $10 bucket BUT i guess this location has a problem with cooking extra crispy chicken!! Instead i was given original recipe and every piece was dripping grease! It was soggy and gross! I took it back and got a refund!! This is a major problem if this KFC plans on staying open!! I wont be back this restaurant is a joke!! We were the only car in drive thru!! Here is the deal Tuesday is the day of the special, to me that means cook up some chicken and give customers what they come for!! This was a fail 2 weeks in a row for me!!

Had a 35 minute wait with only 2 cars in from of us just to get to the window. Young man was flustered didn’t know what he was doing . The young manager was saying they were having problems with the internet. What does that have to do with frying chicken. Gravy was so thick like pudding mashed potatoes looked and tasted like powdered potatoes. Biscuits really small. Slaw was still good. Chicken ok I’ve had better. Last time we’re eating Kentucky Fried Chicken. Had problems in the past, but we used to Love this location and their chicken. Never Never Again

Was busy as can be, 4 employees working, no regard for anything but the drive thru, one cook had pants hanging off hiss butt, no hair net with long hair while cooking, with a drill on the counter with the food out.

I'm a week late posting this review, but felt I needed to. My wife and I stopped by this KFC's drive-thru on Sunday 4/14. I was the 4th car in line. 10 minutes later I was the 3rd car in line, so decided I would park and go inside. When inside I noticed 5 employees, 1 was sitting in a chair doing nothing, 1 was washing dishes, 1 was standing around doing nothing, 1 was "working" the drive-thru, and the 5 person must have been a manager of some sort. After waiting at the counter for about 2 minutes, the manager came in from the back room and announced that biscuits were going to take 15 minutes to cook. I asked him if I could substitute french fries, which he said was ok. But fries were going to take 10 minutes to cook. While thinking about what I should do, the manager announced to his crew that he was going to have an aneurism due to the inefficiency of the workers. I kinda agreed with him. Plus, looking around I noticed how old the equipment looked, plus some ovens/equipment were broken down which is why biscuits and fries were not ready. I really hope someone in corporate KFC sees this and does something like invest some considerable money into upgrades for this restaurant. It seriously needs to be remodeled. And the parking lot needs serious repairs. This is maybe the 4th or 5th time I have had issues with this KCF, so somebody please do something to improve it.

Ordered 2 8piece Tuesday special,simple right ? Wrong! 3 people, that's 6 ears couldn't figure it out. Asked for 8pc 2 separate boxes, they acknowledged. Wrong again, they crammed 16 pieces in one bucket it was mushed, disgusting, won't be back. The words getting around this location won't last.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins if not longer watched the kid play on his phone 3 cars behind me in line and 2 others inside the store and watched 2 guys jump around and act like it was play time. The last time I was here at 8pm and they told me they was out of chicken smh I will not be returning

A lady and I showed up to pick up dash orders. The doors where locked, 2 people out back smoking, 3 guys sitting at tables just looking at the other lady and I. I waited in the drive thru for a half hour only to get to the windows an tell me to pull into a parking spot. What a joke. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!

The restaurant was very dirty. I ordered the family meal ahead of time on the app. I showed up 20 minutes later when it said it would be ready. I waited another 25 minutes to get home and we were missing a side and 5 pieces of chicken. I went back up and it took another 10 minutes. I asked about buying a dessert and they didn’t have any of the desserts listed on the menu. On top of that I didn’t get any apologies for the extra trip and the very long wait times. Very poor service and the restaurant was empty.

So the whole purpose of the mobile order pickup is to save time, but yet you come here and the doors are locked. So I still have to sit through the drive thru, and since I has to wait my food got cold. Also no sign on door stating that so I got stuck behind extra cars

One of the better KFC around. This restaurant was clean which most restaurants in this chain usually are nasty. Staff was very friendly. Service does need some work but I have seen a lot worse. Food was hot and fresh. I was in at lunch time so I can't speak for the other shifts but keep up the good work.
