Lettuce and tomatoes not available , it may have improved the taste. Chicken sandwich wasn't good . French fries were terrible. Doesn't compare to Chick Filet.
This was my first time at this KFC. I was disappointed in the quote of the food. The chicken was a huge disappointed.
Haven't eaten here in several years due to bad experiences. Today someone told me they had new management. The poor girl at the front was doing both the drive-thru and the lobby. She did a very good job for everything she was trying to do. She dropped an extra drumstick in my meal which I appreciate and didn't even ask for.
