Drove all the way to this restaurant from Creve Couer. Picked up our order and went home to find that the order was wrong. Called to the restaurant and the manager was rude, kept over talking us over the phone and didn’t try to fix the issue. She claimed she was trying to fix it but I told her you can’t fix it if you aren’t listening to what the problem is. She offered to refund us on our next visit but we asked what was my husband supposed to eat. In addition your kitchen made the mistake so you need to refund our money. She over talked us over the phone so much that I started yelling. When we got to the restaurant she did the exact same thing she did over the phone. Rude! I told the owner he needed to fire her but what was even more interesting, he allowed her to keep talking instead of asking her to let him handle it. He offered food but I said no thank you! I don’t need freebies from a place that had horrible service and a rude manager. I’m good! Not worth the headache eat somewhere else where you are respected and valued as a customer. The picture shows they clearly made a mistake but we were inconvenienced and had to bring the entire meal back to receive our refund! Never again!

Amazing! Food was excellent, moderately expensive but no more so than any other seafood restaurant. Friendly staff! Will be going again! EDIT: Just wanted to throw an update out. Place still rock. Took my son there for his birthday on new Year's Eve and our server, Maddie may just be the best server we've had all year at any restaurant. She was Great, made my son feel soecial on his birthday and I wanted to make sure she got recognized.
