Frozen yogurt was good but tables and chairs were dirty and women’s bathroom was disgusting with poop all over the toilet. Men’s bathroom was locked and we were the only ones there. Would not come back.

I thought I was the only one noticing how dirty and unkempt this place is. The floors are filthy — it looks like old ice cream and other debris have been left uncleaned for quite some time. The ice cream dispensers appear sticky and unsanitary. And as for the restrooms — they’re in such poor condition I won’t even go into detail. This establishment clearly does not meet basic cleanliness or health standards. It’s genuinely concerning and should be inspected by the proper authorities.

I didn’t even get a chance to try the yogurt because this place was SO filthy. There is dried up food all over the floor. Dirt caked in the corners and in the tile cracks. Food smeared everywhere, cabinets have food stuck to them, etc. There hasn’t a been a deep clean or even a good regular clean in at least a couple months. I literally couldn’t even bring myself to eat anything from here it was that dirty. Yuck!

If it's this dirty for the public to see, I can't imagine what goes on in the back with cleaning the machines and prepping the toppings. Absolutely filthy!

This place is filthy! We had to use baby wipes to clean the table & chairs just to have a clean place to sit. The high chairs are a lost cause-use your stroller if you can. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since it was built. But they do have lots of dye free options so you get 2 stars. Would be nice if you didn’t have to hunt down the staff too.

Drove 25 minutes to get ice cream a little before 9 when their hours say they close at 9:30 and it was already closed. Very disappointed. Ice cream is good but service not very much.

When we walked in there was no employee to be found for the first five minutes. Had enough time to use the bathroom (which was not clean) and come back out and there was still no one. Also after purchasing our yogurt to-go and trying one of the flavors it tasted absolutely sour like it had gone bad. It made me want to throw up and ruined the entire experience. No way this cost $7 for one yogurt and it was spoiled dairy. 3 stars is generous.
