My top spot for tasty american food. It was so tasty. Menu is like a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.

This was my first sit in eating experience since covid and boy did they make it worth while! They made sure to spread everyone out so I felt safe to remove my mask to eat and the food was amazing!! The loaded baked potato soup was THE BEST I've ever had!! This won't be my last time at O'Charleys!

Food was great...service was great...all employees had on face masks...tables were spaced out well and booths were only being used every other one.

Worst steak I ever had. How do you mess up steak? I could only finish two bites. outside was burnt and even though I ordered medium rare, it was so tough I could barely cut it.

The manager at this restaurant went above and beyond for my family tonight. I'm sorry I can't remember her name but when Door Dash didn't deliver a family members dinner she personally brought the dish out to us without me having to beg! She also gave us more hot rolls(which are amazing) and 3 slices of pie. Excellent customer service and we will definitely eat here again!

To a place I love to go to but see it slowly start going down hill. How can you serve someone dried up chicken and burnt(completely black) onions and peppers. Not worth the money!

Ordered a medium rare sirloin, delivered a well done steak. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

Ordered yesterday and found out the $16 Fish and Chips special didn't actually include chips if you wanted a side, portions were abysmal and our sweet tea was completely unsweetened. When I called to get it fixed, the girl on the phone insisted it was actually sweet and that I was 'wrong' about the sweetness level. I had to make a second trip out and was given some gift certificates for the trouble. So far not so bad.

Went their on Mothers Day ,first of all your hostesses not one wore their mask at all or if they did wasn't on their whole face waited for a hour and 20 minutes for food,when it did come my wife's food was cold.Good news is our waiter was great not his fault but poor running of that establishment. Waiter told us their were 47 Togo orders that's why our food was taking so long,should of told us that

Ordered online, and food took 45 minutes longer than quoted. Then 2 family sides were missing. Spent 34 minutes on hold, only to have them pick up, then hang up the phone. The door dasher they use for delivery called me rude via text, sent a profanity laced text after I told her to leave it at the door. Horrible Mother’s Day dinner. Now charged for food and dips never received, and can’t get thru to even talk to an employee.

Did the family meal of Cajun chix pasta , salad and rolls had it delivered for FREE by door dash. I ordered it for a fellow co worker who is recovering from COVID 19 and it was seamless and she raved about it ! Thank you Nicole Willis for correcting my order
