The food was decent. Potato soup pretty much resembled and tasted like canned cheese haha, but not bad to dip our rolls in! Chicken tenders were fine, and my boyfriend really enjoyed the peach chutney chicken with the whipped sweet potatoes. Mac n cheese was not impressive- seemed like microwaved noodles that they just threw some shredded cheese on. While the food was just fine, what we were the most impressed by was our server, Gracie. She was so kind and attentive. Told us to download the O'Charley's app so we could get a free appetizer- which we really appreciated!!! I got the chicken tender app as my meal, so that price was covered. The $4 margaritas were pretty tasty for their price, too. Gracie also told us that we could add on a slice of pie for only $1, so we got a delicious slice of cherry pie to-go. Haven't been here in years and we were so impressed by the low prices and the great service, we will likely return soon.

This was my first sit in eating experience since covid and boy did they make it worth while! They made sure to spread everyone out so I felt safe to remove my mask to eat and the food was amazing!! The loaded baked potato soup was THE BEST I've ever had!! This won't be my last time at O'Charleys!

I really LOVED the meal kits!! It definitely helps break the rhythms of the Chinese fast food and McDonald's! The family pack with chicken and ribs was super filling and fed the 6 people in our house plus left overs!

Worst steak I ever had. How do you mess up steak? I could only finish two bites. outside was burnt and even though I ordered medium rare, it was so tough I could barely cut it.
Had a good dinner here tonight with some friends! I love O'Charley's potato soup - so cheesy, has bacon bits, and the perfect amount of potato chunk. I also had their fried chicken salad and it was delicious! The lettuce in their salads is always fresh and I love that in a salad. They offer half salads which I like as well, their half salads are pretty big too! Service was good - staff wore masks, social distancing was enforced, paper menus that are trashed after use, and sanitizing in between customers!

The manager at this restaurant went above and beyond for my family tonight. I'm sorry I can't remember her name but when Door Dash didn't deliver a family members dinner she personally brought the dish out to us without me having to beg! She also gave us more hot rolls(which are amazing) and 3 slices of pie. Excellent customer service and we will definitely eat here again!

To a place I love to go to but see it slowly start going down hill. How can you serve someone dried up chicken and burnt(completely black) onions and peppers. Not worth the money!
