This was my first sit in eating experience since covid and boy did they make it worth while! They made sure to spread everyone out so I felt safe to remove my mask to eat and the food was amazing!! The loaded baked potato soup was THE BEST I've ever had!! This won't be my last time at O'Charleys!
The manager at this restaurant went above and beyond for my family tonight. I'm sorry I can't remember her name but when Door Dash didn't deliver a family members dinner she personally brought the dish out to us without me having to beg! She also gave us more hot rolls(which are amazing) and 3 slices of pie. Excellent customer service and we will definitely eat here again!
Was craving one thing but ordered another. Got the prime rib. It was a little tough. I hate complaining but the waitress could see the disappointment on my face. Asked if she could replace . I felt bad but finally was like, Do you mind.. She said no problem.. Scott the GM brought it out personally with an awesome apology. We will definitely be back. Great place. High standards
