Most incompetent place to order pizza from in O’Fallon. Save your time and order from any other place or if you must have Papa John, use a different store. The management here has zero customer service skills. Avoid this place!
pizza delivery took forever today. When I called to inquire I got the rudest, most ignorant customer service from somebody named Kayla. She should not be working with the public.. She doesn't even have her days of the week right . She thought it was Friday night. its Saturday noon dear .
