Philly Pretzel Factory Ofallon

Two words. Unprepared and unsanitary. Went in before noon and they didn't have half the stuff ready or what I wanted. Cinnamon shaker. And the little guy making the food was kinda dirty, sides like mustard etc. look nasty in those unrefrigerated portion cups and the pretzel dogs weren't very good anyway.

Pretzel was absolutely gross. Chemical taste, which I imagine was too much baking soda? But I'm not sure, didnt trust it. Took hours to get that taste out of my mouth. My kids couldn't eat them. They were also hard. This was a few months ago, just forgot to leave a review. They should really taste test their food. Someone is doing something wrong.

Great customer service

The gentleman that was running the store off of Hwy K in O’Fallon, MO was very attentive, and supremely helpful when we went into the store. He offered assistance immediately upon entering. I got 2 salted rivets, a cinnamon rivet, a whole pretzel, and a pretzel dog. They were all fresh and tasted wonderful. I got the butter cream with the cinnamon rivet. My kids got the salted rivets. My older son got the brownie batter to dip it in and he ate ALL OF IT!! We got all of that for just over $20. I’m surprised they didn’t have more business to be honest. I highly recommend and I will be back.

I visited for my first time. I got a 6 piece pretzel and cheese dip. Very friendly and the pretzels were delicious. I would highly recommend, and I will be going again as well.

What a gem! Ordered a mixed platter for a trivia night. It came out of the oven right on time (you can set the pickup time) and it was phenomenal. The staff were super friendly (even gave me a sample while I waited) and very grateful for the business. There is nothing like a soft pretzel hot out of the oven. Everything we had was very delicious, and I would highly recommend them. Awesome to have such a place in O'Fallon and I would highly recommend them. Support your local businesses!

I would not give them your business. I placed an order for Super Bowl one week prior and at specific pickup time. I get there 10 minutes before my time and there are over 20 people some who have already been waiting an hour. Was complete chaos, they just kept saying everyone placed orders at same time. Complete mismanagement, they took the order and the time of pickup if they could not have reasonably filled the orders why did they take so many. After asking 15 minutes after my scheduled pickup they said maybe another 30 minutes.

I have ordered from Manchester store for years never a problem. This was the most unorganized debacle I have ever seen. I had to cancel and leave because I would not have made it to the party as promised. The worst!!!!!

I stopped in for the first time today. I'm a pretzel fantastic. I ordered the spicy sausage pretzel and a side of the super hot mustard. Both were delicious! My only regret is not ordering more. I'll be back very soon!

I had Philly Pretzel Factory for the first time and it was amazing. I tried the cinnamon sugar and the salted pretzels with a sweet cream dip and I loved it. 10/10
