If I wasn't trapped in the drive thru, I would have driven off. The service speed is arduously S-L-O-W!!! At 7$a pop, find a way to speed things up!!

Have been going here for almost close to 6 years, the service used to be great. From past 2 months service has made a nosedive. Today ordered a chai but got coffee instead and when went in to get it corrected they were very very snobbish and rude. Made the drink wrong second time also and kept telling that we didn’t know what we were getting. Anyways, someone in the team who valued customer saw the syrup was placed in the wrong location AND we got the right drink. If someone had the courtesy to check the syrup that was getting added this would NOT have happend. But after all this we understand ppl make mistakes BUT good Customer service is APOLOGIZING which they didn’t after treating us the way they did. Very rude and snobbish. Makes me wonder if the management changed here. No more smiling faces or good customer service. Very disappointing.

It's in my opinion that good service is no longer a standard; and no, I don't want to further contact your service department. Employees should do their job, and that be that. The expectancy of a tip is infuriating at this point when MULTIPLE times ordering roughly the same thing my drink tastes different or is just incorrect. I have a strong feeling that the quality of my drink/service is constantly being reflected on if I tip or not. Unacceptable! Can we please go back to pre 20' when service was actually good and consistent? Do better

I’m at this Starbucks almost every morning. I order the same drink and when I have my 2-year old with me, I get him a breakfast sandwich. My drink is wrong 3/4 times a week. Either milk substitutions are not correct, or ingredients (specifically cinnamon powder) are left out. The sandwich is ALWAYS cold in the middle. Like, borderline still frozen. Service is slow. Staff is typically nice but makes you feel like you are inconveniencing them when you ask for something to be correct. At $6-$8/drink, I’d think it’d be okay to ask for the correct item. When going through the drive thru, the barista is more concerned with taking your order quick instead of getting the order right. Very frustrating.

Mornings are usually busy for this type of establishment I walked in gave the girl the name she said that they were still working on it and when my order was up she did not call out the name she just bagged it up and set it on the counter but called out everybody else's name thank you Jordan as I spent extra time sitting there waiting for my order to be called wasted time

Brayden that works the drive thru window is a breath of fresh air. He always remembers my order, and he’s great at drive thru window small talk. Waiting for my drink is never awkward when he’s working.

While the Baristas here are always friendly and upbeat ! It always takes without a doubt more than 10 minutes to receive your order . It doesnt matter if its drive thru or in the cafe. The urgency here is 1/10 . I worked at the ATT next door , and its the same urgency every single day. Always a long wait no matter what .

The worker at the drive thru who handed my drink was kind of rude to me and being a smart ass saying that "hey next time give us more time to make your order when placing a mobile order" which i told him I was a few minutes away while I was placing my order. For starter, drive thru is always busy especially at 6am and second, don't make snarky comments to your customer. You don't know what they've been through

I received a hot chocolate via DoorDash. It tasted burnt and was extremely watered down. Literally the worst hot chocolate I have ever had. I have had better from hole in the wall gas stations. I typically don't leave reviews but when I called up there to tell them their employee Ryan answered and just said okay, I will let them know. That was it nothing further. So I paid $5 for a watered down burnt hot chocolate and wasn't even offered at minimum an apology. I never order from Starbucks and prefer PJ's Coffee but a coworker was ordering so I figured why not, who can mess up hot chocolate. Well, I was wrong. Thanks for the reminder of why I dislike Starbucks. The drinks are horrible and the employees don't care. Smh
