I think they forgot the actual COFFEE part of my shaken espresso this morning. It wasn't filled to the top and it tasted like milk and syrup. Looks nothing like the picture on their app or like one I've had before.

Hearing a red-haired barista blatantly scream at her workers is very unsettling. I have been in multiple times and hear the same barista complaining and screaming at her fellow workers. It is horrible to not only witness it once but multiple times. It makes me not want to go there anymore knowing that the manager doesn’t care or at least doesn’t seem to care about worker interactions, especially in front of guests.

I usually avoid Starbucks because I am not a huge fan of the coffee and the food is usually over priced. I needed a coffee hit with needing to get some work done tonight so I stopped in at this location. I have never engaged a friendlier staff than at this Starbucks! The majority of my interactions with staff at Starbucks are with disinterested zombies. NOT here- the gentleman who took my order was energetic and engaging. The other staff member working the counter was very friendly as well. Very impressed and hooeful that Starbucks is making some training changes when it comes to staff training.

This is really excellent food. The twist they put on their rice and beans is beyond delicious 😋 Our beef and fish tacos were soooo good!!! We got their Mexican cob salad with shrimp for lunch today... can't wait ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went through the drive thru this morning before work and got an iced macchiato with ex Carmel drizzle and a bacon egg and Gouda sandwich . My drink had no drizzle and my sandwich was frozen.
