Not necessarily commenting on the food, but try calling the store the total of eight times in the span of four To five days and I having once been able to talk to somebody. My opinion that is very disrespectful.

This is the best drive thru location around town! Order is always right, made correctly and fast! They are always so nice! I know I can count on them to actually make the order the way it should be!
Only critique would be please double check the lids before you hand them out the window I have lost two coffees in the car from the lids not fitting might not even be there fault the cups plastics have gotten so thin!
They gave me the wrong order when I was there last. And it was SO bad. When I got to work was when I tried it and realized I got someone else's order. It had another girl's name on it. Also, when their PSL is done right, it's great. But half the time now it seems like they're making it wrong or switched the recipe? Their pumpkin muffin is very good.
I like picking up my favorite coffee to go. The mobile app makes ordering ahead simple.

Just want to go out of my way to leave this review because this Starbucks is hands-down the best in the area, the drinks are always made consistently how I order them and taste amazing each time, I have problems at several other Starbucks, but this one always makes my drink perfect, the staff is always so friendly

Pay attention! Customers should be reviewed! This location is clean, the drinks and food are amazing, and the staff are scrambling around this place every time we're there. But the behavior of the people who go here is absolutely disgusting!! There should really be more guidelines for protecting the staff. Atmosphere gets less stars for me because of this. They get yelled at, drinks thrown, and the level reached with the aggressive hateful comments made are nauseating! If you go here and see a young person, busting their butt and being treated like a piece of trash, say something! If the humans who go here were refused service for their behavior, or someone called them out, they may change.
