Sugarfire Smoke House

I used to spend a few thousand dollars a year here and literally came at least once a week. The people are always very kind, the wings are amazing but the brisket the last 5-6 times I have ordered it is fatty and roast like. Even when I ask for it to be sliced lean it doesn’t turn out. I’m not sure if they switched suppliers or lowered their standards or both. I am from Texas and this was the only BBQ in the area that I like but I will think twice before spending $29.98 for a pound of brisket only.

Lived down town stl for 3 years and walked to sugar fire about twice a week. This location so far is 100% not worth the visit. This is the second bad trip ive had.

Small portions, food was warm...ish....price was insane for what i got both times.

A happy surprise find for our day date. The smoked salmon was delicious. My husband had the smoked turkey & pulled pork. We loved all the BBQ sauce choices.
The ladies at the register were very helpful & happy to help.
Price was decent for 2 people.

Very cool! Has pickle ball, sand volleyball courts and some swings. The food wasn’t as good as other locations but great ambiance

Had to give a bad review based on my service…was told my food would be ready at 6:03…was left at the pick up window until 6:19. The issue wasn’t even the wait for me, it was the lack of caring …not one person came to say hey we lost your order, forgot it, gave it away or anything. I watched 4-5 people repeatedly walk past the window and not one person stopped to even apologize for the wait. The customer service is severely lacking. Definitely won’t return to this one👎🏾

Once the owner reaches out I’ll change this review. But your manager had an attitude and when I showed her what your own social media page she said she would honor it and walked away in a huff. She said she made the post but suddenly when I posted it she said then she would have to reach out to her social media team? All I wanted was what your Facebook said I could purchase. Clearly you all have gotten too big.

I've visited this place three times this week, three days in a row. Surprisingly, I'm originally from New York. I've been in MO Since 2021. This week marks my first visit, and I ordered the meat daddy the first time, met daddy the second day, and finally tried the sandwich. I initially wanted a sausage, but they were out of stock. Instead, they added an extra meat to my sandwich. The staff here is incredibly kind and accommodating, always with a smile. The service and quality of the meat are top-notch. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but hey, who wants to spend hours in front of a smoker? Not me. As a district manager, I'm willing to pay for what I want as a cusumer if your not willing to make it your self .This place has definitely earned a spot in my top 5 favorite spots to go. The owner and the gentleman manager and his staff are doing a phenomenal job at this location
