Horrible service and bad attitudes, spent 25 minutes of my 30 minute break to NOT get food cause they took their sweet time.. Next time i forget my lunch I'll be going else where so i can maybe get my food fast and NOT spend my entire lunch in the drive thru line.
I'm writing to file a complaint against the Wendy's location at the address 4210 Highway K in O'Fallon MO. At approximately 11:35am this morning, I went through the Drive thru ordering a Apple Pecan Chicken Salad and a Junior Cheeseburger. As I proceed to bite into my burger I noticed this slimy substance that can only be identified as saliva. There were no additional items on my burger that would emit that substance.
