First time at Half Sauced and it was the best BBQ we’ve had at the lake! Burnt ends and brisket were outstanding! Juicy and tender and full of flavor. The brisket was lean and not fatty at all! The corn pudding bread was very moist and good! The cheese fries were a steakhouse cut fry, very crispy and made to order. Sat in a booth that was very comfortable! We will definitely be returning! The service was outstanding as well!!! Spent $42 on two entrees and two beers!...
Really surprised us food was fantastic service above average I had the pork steak you could cut it with a fork my wife had a pulled pork sandwich she said it was great pit beans are pit smoked coleslaw was great French fries were the weakest link
Got sat, our drink, and orders taken in less than 5 minutes. Foods always been good every time, and it doesnt feel like its trying to be something its not. Great bang for your buck.
