John was AMAZING. He was knowledge about the boats, which rental fit our needs, and provided a small boat lesson before we took off. As newer boaters we felt confident and safe after working with John. He provided cove recommendations and he was also available via phone if we ran into any issues. We plan on renting from Grand Glaize Marina again next summer.

Midweek heaven
Went to go put our new boat in the lake and ended up not having any power steering. After I had paid for a slip the marina office closed. But John who was working was still on site and went to great lengths to help us out. He went and got a boat and helped us get back to the boat trailer. He was incredibly kind and we appreciated his help so much. Definitely recommend!
Really peaceful and a great place to have a picnic with your fur babies.

Beautiful views of the Lake of the Ozarks and nice areas for picnics with family and friends. There is also a swimming area and a boat ramp for getting into the water.
Very nice state park. I went to picnic area and had a lite lunch. Walked around on a trail. Very serene and love the views of the lake.
We rented a boat from Anna and she was super nice. She explained everything an infrequent boater should know and was even tolerant when we were a little bit late to get back to the dock, all with a smile. Can’t wait to come back. Definitely recommend this place to rent boats.

Self serve pay at launch and retrieve on days and time we were there. Always nice facility and easy launch and retrieve due to nearly 360 degree wind block; sits down and well protected. Shop has what you need and some fun things as well, if you catch it open.
Parking: They have option to leave trailer "long term" if you're staying a few days. Respectable fee and never had any problems leaving our trailer there.
