When we lived here part time, this was our favorite Mexican place at the lake. Back for the first time in several years. It saddens me to say that I was disappointed. The service wasn’t nearly as good. The food was just ok. Maybe give it another shot before we leave.
Our last visit was horrible. The waitress was chatting at the bar and not checking on our group. My husband had to leave the table to get me a refill. Others ar the table were waiting for items . Just not a great experience.
Good variety of choices on the menu. My wife had a quesadilla which was the special of the day. I ordered from the extensive ala carte menu. I got the guac salad, pastor Street taco, and carnival street taco. I emptied the contents of the street tacos on top of the salad and then mixed the three. My own variation on a taco salad. Discarded the shells from the tacos. Food was well prepared and seasoned. Very flavorful without being too hot spicy . The menu gives ranges of spicy...
