All I wanted was black coffee & an apple pie. Ordered at drive thru, drove around to the window told to go to, & sat there for three minutes ignored. Person inside just walked around taking sips of her drink. I drove away without my order. This place is going down hill.

Ordered a cheeseburger no meat (I'm a vegetarian). They came out to confirm that this is what I wanted. Even after confirming they still brought out a regular cheeseburger. I took it back and all they did was remove the meat from my cheeseburger. 😡 Went back up counter yet again and this time I wasn't as nice about it, explained why I was returning it and told them I was holding on to the wrong order till they gave me a fresh cheeseburger no meat.
What they did to me was shitty customer service.
On top of that, the fries were not hot and barely warm.

Pulled in at 10:45 P.M. the lights were on. Pulled to drive through, nobody would respond. 5 cars were in the drive-through, and nobody would respond. After sitting for 5 minutes, they turned the lights off and still did not respond.

Came through at 4:35pm today with a trailer on guy working second and third window is incredibly rude and came out the window yelling at us when we could make the turn, then proceeded to tell us how to drive a truck and trailer.

The food is good and they bring it out to you in decent time. Unfortunately today I ordered food through the mobile app at night and not only was there no one to take your order at the drive thru, when I got to the window, there was someone at the window just walking around not acknowledging the 5+ cars in the drive thru with me. I do not know if this was a 1 time thing, but I hope it doesn't happen again.

Walked in and no one was there to greet us. The atmosphere was less than friendly and welcoming. All the employees were back in the kitchen, and it took 5 minutes to get someone to come out front.
It's a clean and new place, but could and barren.
I will definitely go somewhere else next time since there's no way to pay with cash at the kiosk...
