If I could give 0 stars I would. I cannot believe how the night shift treats thei customers but the absolute disregard for in general. They basically leave you sitting at the com until you give up and leave. If you do by some miracle make it to the window be ready to wait another 45 minutes until they decide to hand your good out. The employees are rude and the manager isn't any better. I wish I had the number for corporate because they need to just fire the night staff and start from scratch

I placed a mobile order in at 9:51p.m. the drive-thru was a little busy not horrible I got to the speaker and the person was like be with u in a second ok thank you. Kinda rude but whatever. I got to the window and they till me the chicken wasn't ready it had 7 minutes left no big deal so I drove around then it took like 5 minutes to just get to the speaker to let someone know I was there for the food. Than it took another 5 to just get to the window finally got my food at 10:53 that is ridiculous to wait a hour to get my food.

Trash. Just went through their drive-thru and we sat at the speaker for 10 minutes. They kept saying they'd be right with us. But someone was sitting ahead of us waiting for their food as well.

Leaving Taco Bell today, I felt disrespected and frustrated. The employee got my order wrong, and her rudeness made the whole experience a real turn-off. She was racist and discriminatory.Giving the minimum possible 1 ⭐

First time they were closed on the inside cause of no staff workers and it was not good now I tried it again and spent 22.00 and they are just nasty, inside closed due to remodeling I guess but all tacos had to be sitting there all day, they were soggy and stuck to the paper so won't go to this one ever again, I will wait till I go back home for visiting to go to their Taco Bell

If I could give less I would. Sunday and doors are closed the kids working there are in and out the door leading to kitchen but now communication coming from anyone they just running back inside when someone drives up. Are there no adults working there anymore. Get them out and put in a new place already!

This doesn't even deserve one star! I was in drive through for 15 min when I heard her on the intercom say 10 min wait. I went in, stood at counter over 10 min. They kept looking at me and never came to take orders. So I went to put an order in on the kiosk. I waited i was there a total of 40 min before I got my food. The Osage Beach Mo taco bell is a joke. I should of gotten my order for FREE!!

Some friends have told my boyfriend and I about their terrible experiences with this store. One of them just got food poisoning from this location but she is also pregnant so that may be a factor.However, my boyfriend and I get food here ALL the time and have never had these terrible experiences that the other reviews mention. I think some of the other reviews are from people who are very impatient and don't have an ounce of sympathy for the fast food workers who are trying their best with the little staff they have. I will say though, we're never there late at night, we often stop by between 6-7pm after work and never have the issues everyone else is talking about. Sometimes there's a long wait, but you can't expect a shortstaffed location to bring your food to you both quickly and with no imperfections. We are always very patient and kind with them, and I think that helps. I think the worst thing we've encountered is their freezes being on defrost or the freeze machine being down, but it's not the end of the world. They always ask if there's anything else we'd like in that case.The one manager can be rough around the edges and cold, but you would be too if there were reviews (and probably comments at the store itself) mentioning being cross-eyed. I think she is familiar enough with me/us that she is usually nice and can crack a joke at the window on occasions. Kindness goes a long way, people!Point is— be kind, be patient with fast food workers. And I guess just don't go late at night?Side note: I almost always order through the app.

Service is bad. I was told there was a 15 minute wait. I asked why. And I was disconnected. I ordered a power bowl and said no sour cream because I am lactose intolerant. I was handed my food she said with no sour cream. I mix all the contents together. When I did I found sour cream hidden under the shredded cheese. They knew they messed up and tried to hide it.
