I haven’t been here since June 2024 because of bad service and bad food but I thought I would give it another chance. $16.99 for Carne Asada and half of it was fat. A Gentlemen set me, same gentlemen got my drink he was vey friendly. Waitress named Vicky took my order and brought me my food and brought me the bill. She never once came back and checked on me. The service in this establishment is subpar at very best and the food has become disgusting, when this place first open it was really good, but it has gone downhill.
I don't normally write bad reviews but our experience was so bad here, I felt I had to. We accidentally ordered from this location instead of the Nixa location and instead of cancelling our order, we decided to do the right thing and drive to pick it up. I wish we'd just have bailed on the food. When I arrived, I found our takeout order in a bag, sitting on a counter by the checkout which was also by the front door, unattended. After paying, the worker handed me the bag and said "I guess they put everything in there." While making sure there were 3 dinner size containers, the cheese dip we ordered and salsa and chips, I noticed the cheese was barely the size for 1 person. I asked if that was the large that I ordered and they said yes, that it's only 8 ozs. So I said, I can't believe that's the biggest size you have (because that's what I was told on the phone when ordering) and they told me it wasn't. So I had to pay an additional $6 to get the larger size and wait for them to fix that. Then we get home to find that they didn't put the sides in with one of the dinner meals, and all of the food was very cold. We also only had 1 bag of chips and about 6oz of salsa for 3 people to share. Now maybe we're spoiled but at the Nixa location we get 2 bags of chips and 1 - 8oz salsa per dinner meal every time. So to say we were let down is an understatement. I will never make this mistake again, we will always be going to the Nixa location.
Good food and friendly staff.

We started going here in May when a relative came to visit and have been going back every couple of weeks since. The chicken cheese and rice is awesome and the portions are pretty generous. All of the workers are friendly and they make sure your glasses are always filled.

Food was terrible. Microwaved chili relleno was wet bread on a pepper, that still had all the seeds.
Flavor was elusive, and seems to be an endangered species here.
Don’t waste your money on people this dismissive.

Terrible Chili relleno. We complained about it after one bite, and they didn’t care at all. It was wet bread on a pepper that they didn’t bother to remove the seeds.
The rest of the food was almost good. They made an attempt at flavor, and completely missed the mark. I’ve had better red sauce out of a can.
Not worth it. Dismissive to criticism.
Don’t bother

We got dinner to go tonight and it was disappointing. We ordered three dinner entrées and not a single dish was edible. My husband’s quesadilla was falling apart, with the filling completely out of the tortilla. The shrimp was tough and hard as a rock, overly fishy, and had a foul fishy smell that lingered after just touching it, which made it impossible to eat.
I had the Pollo Mexicano, which was just a tiny, thin, bland chicken breast with no flavor at all. For three entrees and a large cheese dip, they gave us two tiny 4 ounce containers of salsa and barely any chips—one small bag and a mini bag.
I thought this place would be like the El Puente in Nixa, but it’s not even close. First and last time eating here.

The queso and salsa are top notch
I was so excited to have an El Puente in Ozark MO. We have now been to this establishment four times, at this location. Sadly I will not be returning. There is a male server that is very rude that somehow we get often. The food is sub par at best. My daughter ordered a bean burrito. They brought out a tortilla filled with the liquid beans that come on the side. And nothing else in it. She added her rice to make it edible.

This place is wonderful. We loved everything about it. You have to get the shrimp cocktail it's amazing! And my daughter loved the tamales.
Vegetarian options: They have a small vegetarian menu and the spinach enchiladas are amazing!
