“S/O to Brooke and Taylor for always being amazing❤️ They are absolute queens and always delivers quality products to their customers. Y'all are the reasons I come by almost everyday! Thank you for being a constant there and making it easy to come back to visit.
My amazing go-to’s there is either a pina colada refresher add strawberry orrrrr a cranberry pomegranate add vanilla. Scrum everytime. A good shake I get consistently is either the Nutter Butter or Chunky Monkey😩 No matter what you order, the queens gotchu. The ladies will take good care of you❤️“

“With all the negative feed back I will say something positive.. I've been coming lately about 3 to 4 times a week to get the same smoothie every time, and every time it tastes wonderful. It's almost addicting! Way better than any smoothie I've ever had at tropical smoothie cafe. All of the staff have been super nice and courteous. Keep up the good work smoothie king!“

“We were just passing through Springfield and decided to try something different, it was the best food of our whole vacation. our waitress was funny and friendly, was very accommodating to our daughter, and the food.. was absolutely amazing. I felt like I needed a bumper sticker and tshirt after eatting at the Black Sheep and am equally as devastated it is 7 hours away from our house. We will be back!“

“There isn't anywhere around sw missouri that gives you this kind of quality in food and the homey atmosphere quite like this place. This is a must visit no matter who you are or how far out of the way you have to go just to come here. The subs are on point, the pizza is fire, and the wife and I already made plans to come back and enjoy the well priced seafood that they serve!“

“This is one of my favorite locations for Tropical Smoothie, in Springfield, MO.
One of the main reasons is because every single time we've had our smoothies and food made at this location they get it right, and it tastes amazing. The other locations are good/ okay, however, sometimes the smoothies are inconsistent and not smooth. Sometimes they've not been made correctly... But here at this location we've never had that issue. We even drive out of our way just to go to this location because of that reason.
I highly suggest this location for Tropical Smoothie. I also suggest that you download and use their app as they have great deals often and you can save money that way!
Bravo to Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Independence!“

“Absolutely delicious! My go-to is building a bowl with an Açaí base and grabbing a Riviera to drink. The place is spotless, the team is so kind and focused on their customers, and they handle DoorDash and in-store orders like pros! I witnessed staff handle a difficult DoorDash situation about needing to have a freezer bag with professionalism and grace, which spoke volumes about their character and commitment to quality. Always such a great experience.“

“The food is excellent and the atmosphere is adorable. If you are wanting to stop in and grab a quick coffee, make sure you have at least 30 minutes because it will take all of that time, no matter how busy it appears to be. I’ve even ordered online 20 minutes prior and still waited 15 minutes inside. It’s delicious but def not somewhere to quickly pop into to grab a latte.“

“We came for lunch and it was pretty busy, but Marcy took special care to make sure my smoothie came out correctly as I had ordered it, even coming out to double check with me what I had ordered. We also saw her go out of her way to ensure other customers got their correct orders as well. She was very kind and professional! Best customer service I have experienced in quite some time!“
