Got a old pizza and live 30 minutes away and they wanted me to drive back instead of a credit even took a picture when I got home to see how dryed up i tried to get my kids still to eat it and both ate 1 sliced.. so money and time wasted.. and I usually get from nixa never a problem go to ozark to get old and kids won't eat it.. so check your pizza before leaving cause no refunds unless you have the time to return it.. bad just straight up disappointed and we get once aweek..

I would give a zero if I could! The girl with the red hair was extremely rude the moment I walked in. She gave me dirty looks and acted like I was an inconvenience because I was ordering at the counter. She proceeded to give me dirty looks while I ordered then rudely told me it's going to be a 15 to 20 minute wait so I moved away from the counter and she said you have to pay extremely rude so I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me.I said never mind just give me a refund. She grabbed the manager and she was extremely rude as well and asked me why I wanted the refund. I told her the girl provided horrible customer service. The lady just said OK then she yelled have a nice day on my way out. I love down the road and will drive to Springfield or Branson if I want Little Caesars again.

I called my order in and wasn’t told my total, arrived to pick up my $46 order for them to tell my they don’t accept $50 bills. If she would have told me about their “policy” I would have gladly made an extra stop to make change.

She stood at the counter with her arms crossed STARING at us giving us a dirty look because I assume she thought we were just hanging out. We asked for plates and napkins, they had no plates and we got kitchen towels? (Like the one in the picture). Over all just didn't feel very welcomed or professional.

Never again. What a waste of time and money. To the trash it went. Save your money and go to Walmart and get a frozen pizza. Even if you had to eat it raw it would be better than this place.

New hours posted on the window basically 4-8pm. Didn't get a picture since I was driving by. Closed Tuesday. Claiming lack of employees which really means lack of paying a respectable wage even for teens. Didn't notice a sign saying they were hiring either. But again, I was driving by, maybe I missed it.
