Felt like I was stealing by how they were so rude saying I should have a three digit code that they never emailed me. ( it’s not rude to ask but the way they said it was rude) They have a sign, put up, saying they will need IDs for online orders so once she handed me the food I stood there waiting with my ID and then rudely being told that should be all of it. First and last time ordering from this little Caesar. Customer service was not it.

Twice I had a pizza missing from my order. Both times I was told by Little Ceasers that it wasn't their problem and I would need to go through Door dash to get a refund. So much for standing behind your product.

Got a old pizza and live 30 minutes away and they wanted me to drive back instead of a credit even took a picture when I got home to see how dryed up i tried to get my kids still to eat it and both ate 1 sliced.. so money and time wasted.. and I usually get from nixa never a problem go to ozark to get old and kids won't eat it.. so check your pizza before leaving cause no refunds unless you have the time to return it.. bad just straight up disappointed and we get once aweek..

I would give a zero if I could! The girl with the red hair was extremely rude the moment I walked in. She gave me dirty looks and acted like I was an inconvenience because I was ordering at the counter. She proceeded to give me dirty looks while I ordered then rudely told me it's going to be a 15 to 20 minute wait so I moved away from the counter and she said you have to pay extremely rude so I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me.I said never mind just give me a refund. She grabbed the manager and she was extremely rude as well and asked me why I wanted the refund. I told her the girl provided horrible customer service. The lady just said OK then she yelled have a nice day on my way out. I love down the road and will drive to Springfield or Branson if I want Little Caesars again.

I called my order in and wasn’t told my total, arrived to pick up my $46 order for them to tell my they don’t accept $50 bills. If she would have told me about their “policy” I would have gladly made an extra stop to make change.

I assume it was the manager, (lady with black hair) we were waiting for our order in the parking lot 30 minutes before close. She stood at the counter with her arms crossed STARING at us giving us a dirty look because I assume she thought we were just hanging out. We asked for plates and napkins, they had no plates and we got kitchen towels? (Like the one in the picture). Over all just didn't feel very welcomed or professional.
