Rocco's Pizza (Italian Restaurant and Cafe)

I literally called twice on a day that they’re supposed to be open during the hour, but they are open and they left me ringing for five minutes each time and the first time they hung up on me without saying anything if you’re close just say that don’t be an asshole Never really it and all the waitresses never really look like they wanna be there

My first visit ever I ordered a personal pizza for pickup. It wasn’t busy at all. I drive up to the intercom and no answer. I drive up to window girl looked at me and filled sauces after sitting for five minutes drove to parking lot. Went inside girl filling sauces looks at me doesn’t say a word and looks back at her sauces. I apologize ahead of time if she was special needs but someone should been helping her if so. Two girls walk around one finally headed to window to help the person that pulled up to the window. The other saw me and started walking away and one walked up to counter and sat. I stopped the one starting to walk away and said who do I ask for help she said oh I can and went and got my pizza. I was like invisible . I also gave a 20% tip for a pickup order. Now the pizza was amazing. I tried to call manager but I guess there wasn’t one today and they didn’t know when one would be in. I just wanted to let her know about the service I received to help future customers. So here I am.

Absolutely great service and pizza! We highly recommend them to our family and friends everytime they are in town. Thier atmosphere is warm and friendly. They are always our go to pizza place in town!

Sat at the door for while the single employee that was visible just stareing at her phone and not even noticing us to be seated, had to wait an extra 10 minutes for our server, the restaurant only had 3 small tables including ours seated, everything took almost 2 which is ridiculous, then we waited to pay with several employees just sitting there talking, one even walked past us and smiled and still didn't service us with our check obviously in hand and us frustrated and ready to leave. Had to rudely ask for service simply to leave. Worst restaurant in ozark by far.

Rocco's is a great place to get lunch. I haven't had the whole menu but I've tried a variety of pastas, pizzas, calzones and appetizers. I've never been disappointed. Personal favorites are the chicken Alfredo pizza and the chessy bread sticks.

The takeout process is the worst. I continue to "give them one more shot" but over the past 2 years I've been coming here, it has not gotten better. I called ahead to order. Told a time and I ALWAYS wait at least another 15minutes to get my food. And getting someone to help you is rare within at least the first 5 minutes. I always strive to support small businesses but it is getting more difficult with one that is not willing to see what they can do better.

Tried to call in an order At 7:20 PM and was informed that they decided to close early and we’re not taking orders. You should probably change your hours if you don’t want to stay open to your posted hours

We ordered carry out tonight. When I got to the restaurant I was told our pizza wasn’t made with the right toppings and they needed to re make it. I said that was fine and waited for another 20 minutes before our order was ready. When I got home I discovered they never re made our pizza and the pizza they gave was not only the wrong toppings but it was completely burnt. I called the store and was informed they would refund the pizza but to correct the issue I’d have to buy another pizza and drive back to the store to pick it up. I decided to just order from the Nixa location. I won’t be back.

There's been 3 times I've had to go back 2 to 3 times just for them to get an order right. They never give you your salads. Thats the main reason ive had to go back. I asked for grilled chicken Alfredo, then receivedfried chicken Alfredo....... Horrible service.....

Was not impressed with the food whatsoever. Took awhile to get our lunches, which were served on plates too small for the amount of food on them. The chicken Parm was dry, the spaghetti overcooked, and the sauce tasted like a bland canned type. There were also numerous flies buzzing around us.

Parking: Restaurant anchors a strip mall, but there was plenty of parking.
