My wife and I always enjoy this place; their Drunken Scallops and the Chicken Piccata are our go to dishes. Kayla did a great job as our server; very kind and attentive. Ozark, MO is lucky to have this place!

Eating dinner is dining at Salvatore's,and is a real treat. if you like mussels it's a fantastic appetizer, could be a dinner with a little extra pasta.I had a fabulous dish of roast duck with a side of carrot soufle that tasted like pumpkin pie! My husband had drunken scallops over pasta., which he thoroughly enjoyed. If you're lucky and time allows Daniel the owner comes over and asks you if you enjoyed your meal. We sure did! Thanks also for the great servers.Kid-friendliness: Welcome families

Good foofld, good sevice, and a good atmosphere when we went at around 3-4pm. I'd imagine during busy hours it's a bit stuffy as tables ads. Bit close together. I'd recommend early dinners or lunch there. The food is quite good.

We went for dinner. They served us margarine with our bread. When we asked for butter, we were told they don’t have butter- they don’t use it. I said I wanted to cancel our order and we would simply pay for the appetizer (which was over cooked). The head cook came to the table wanting to know what was the problem. I again asked for some butter. He huffed at me and said, “we don’t use butter.” I told him I was not interested in pasta cooked with margarine and I didn’t have any desire to eat fake ingredients (margarine). He got even more rude. I don’t have any confidence in a cook who doesn’t see a problem was cheap, fake ingredients. They say the cook things fresh, we’ll maybe, but the ravioli was mushy (over cooked) and the sauce tastes like jarred Alfred. So if they don’t have butter, what is the shrimp scampi cooked in? For the prices they charge you should be getting quality ingredients. Certainly NOT fine dining! ???? We paid for our meal and took it to go, they would not cancel the order.

I am so glad to find this gem! My wife and I have enjoyed a couple of meals and everything had been a home run. Portion are awesome for the price. The fresh bread hot from the oven is killer!

Controlled chaos. The owner might want to rethink a few of the staff. I have not given this low of a rating in a long time. Italian food? On the bright side, seemed to be a popular place.

Had the chicken masala. One piece of chicken. Lots of spaghetti noodles. The whole thing was very bland. No flavor of wine or garlic or anything. Not a creamy sauce. It was pretty running. Would not order again. No seasoning for the vinager and oil. Disappointing for the price.
