Service was very slow and they put very little ice in my tea, which I would have appreciated had the tea not had been warm and melted the little bit of ice. So had to drink a Luke warm iced tea.

For the second time in a month, they have run out of white mocha. How do you do that if you have good management and barcoding automatic ordering with new technology. It’s a big disappointment when you’re in line 10 cars back and you have to wait through all of them to find out they don’t have the drink you want. Bad business.

First of all, the dark haired, young girl told us at the drive through speaker, that there was no large. It was grande. Ok, sweetie, same thing. Then, she gave my drink that was supposed to be iced, WITHOUT ice, in a plastic cup. It was disgusting and not even mixed well. I dumped it. She was terrible and rude. I'll give my business to other places in town, that appreciate me. When my husband took the drink from her, he said, thank you. She said "yeah". She should be fired. I'll never go back.
Went to the new location for the first time here in Ozark, ordered two mocha frappuccinos. They was by far the WORST frappuccinos I have ever had from a Starbucks. The wait time was forever and there was only two cars in front of us. Frappuccinos was made individually for whatever reason and one was given then had to wait for a while for the second one. They both tasted absolutely horrible, they tasted like burnt coffee. Worst experience and beverage ever. Will not be going g back to that location. McDonald's Frappe is far better and cheaper....
