We go to this location quite often and sadly today we left without buying anything. The woman in front of me ordered her drink and the gentleman behind the counter went to make her drink and nobody else came to take my order (there was at least one other female standing behind the counter talking to another person doing nothing)
She looked right at me waiting and went back to her conversation. I eventually left because nobody was going to take our order.
