I used to go here every morning and had exceptional service each time! I'm not sure what has happened the past couple of months, but things have gone down hill for the efficiency side of things. Each time I go, the wait turns into 20+30 minutes, when it used to be just a few minutes. Whether it's drive thru or in the store, it's the same dilemma. Even if I'm there at 6:00am before work or 10:00am on the weekend, still the same problem.

I stopped by to get an online order for my wife and the 2 ladies were SWAMPED! I counted just shy of 20 people in line. These 2 hard working young ladies were still smiling and working at a frantic pace to take care of us all. Just wanted to give recognition to them and suggest raises and maybe a 3rd person scheduled for the Sunday church rush? Thank you (sorry i didn't have your names) for making a difference with a smile even though it seemed like the end of the world!...

Never have had a problem in store. But ordering online they have made my drink wrong multiple times. And it would have been quicker for me to order in person as in person orders were being made before mine. I have ordered 15 minutes prior to arriving at the store. And people who I have witnessed order in person after I arrived for my online order were getting their orders. Fine location if you order in person but do not order online from this location.
