This location staffs more people than I have ever seen, and yet is the slowest location I have ever visited. I watched 5 girls stand around chatting while 1 was working. Awful service, not professional.

I go to this location multiple times a week. The staff is always friendly. They have never made a mistake on my order. 5 stars.

The baristas are always rude, I never feel welcome here. I’ve only ordered a drink here once, it was a Carmel macchiato. But even when I pick up DoorDash orders they seem annoyed to have any customers come in.

Unlike the Starbucks at Price cutter, in Ozark...... The staff were VERY polite, the prices were fair, and they were pretty quick.
Will choose this location over the price cutter starbucks.... forever!

Clean and fresh. Friendly staff. We walked in to eat. The drive thru was busy so we got our food 1st and then coffee later.

Did not order food only coffee. The coffee we had was spot on! All of the employees were friendly and courteous, thanks ladies! Saturday morning 12-6 around 7:45 am.

The service is great, but everything is too expensive and the taste just isnt on par with 7Brew. Hope to see this store close soon.

I don’t know what’s up with the negative reviews lately, but I went there on a Sunday morning and the drive through had a lot of cars so I just went in. The ladies were nice, and I didn’t have to wait that long. I made my order, and had to wait for a bit. Overall the ladies were nice, and the coffee turned out just how I like it. I am not a Starbucks girly, but I’d say this was the overall best experience of only a few times I’ve been to a Starbucks 😆. Thank you!
P.S. Oh I loved the Christmas decorations!

This location could really benefit from some management and efficiency attention. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve had to leave several items in my order unclaimed that I paid for because even placing them 30 minutes ahead through Mobile App they still aren’t ready even when there are at least 10 people working. That is insane and I’m happy other options are opening that we can utilize soon because clearly this is a known issue based on other recent reviews posted.

I have never posted a negative review anywhere, but today was super frustrating. My daughter and I waited over 30 minutes in line in the drive thru. There were only seven cars in front of us. We finally got to the window and got our two drinks and our cake pop. The barista never apologized for the wait, never said hello, and never said thank you as we were leaving. I got halfway home before trying my drink, only to realize it was not even made correctly. The sad part is our two drinks in the order were the exact same and she repeated it back to me when taking the order, so I have no idea how anyone could get it wrong. If I knew there wouldn’t be such a long wait, I would have gone back. With Seven Brew now in town and a Dutch Bros coming, we will not be returning to Starbucks. The waiting in line and poor service lately has been too much.

Can always tell when their DM is in town because it takes 30 minutes to get through the drive through.
Have personally witnessed management berating employees at 1-on-1s in the store... With other customers here. Wildest experience I've had.
Drinks are usually fine, but it's crazy slow and if you go inside, you never know what you're gonna see.
Glad 7 Brew is open.

The ladies in there are always working very hard and efficiently. Today I arrived and the sweet girl was bringing me my drink out to my car because she knows im usually in a hurry. You have some great employees there. Thank you
