Would give this zero stars if I could. Ordered online, then got the notification it was time to pick up. We went in and both meatball subs were just sitting on the counter. There were other customers in line being helped, so we waited an extra few minutes for them. When we finally got them they were cold. As if the meatballs weren't ever warm. It was like they thawed out of the freezer and slapped them on the bread. We know this isnt the case, however these meatballs were very very cold. Not room temp. They were cold. My husband's sub was supposed to be toasted. At one point it must have been because the bread was very hard, but it had to have been quite some time before we got there. His was colder than mine which was not toasted. This is the worst subway we have ever been to. We will not be back.

Burnout TV

Hey corpo, fix your app cuz it really sucks. Must have been developed by the same idiots that made the home depot app. Slow, laggy, and now it trys to play some sound when you open it, which turns the music off in your car. Super annoying

WOW THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED AT ANY SUBWAY THAT I HAVE BEEN TO BEFORE! I CANNOT BELIEVE I CAME IN 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING AND THEY WOULD NOT SERVE ME!!! This review is for the subway at 1748 South 20th Street Ozark Missouri. I went to Subway this evening to get something to eat after working all day. It was 9:15 p.m. The door was not locked and all the lights were still on so I walked inside. When I walked up to the counter there was a girl employee inside that said I'm sorry we're closed. I said the sign on the door says you close at 9:30 p.m. and she said no we actually close at 9:20 p.m. This used to be my favorite subway I actually live closer to the other Subway on the other side of town but I come to this one because I like it so much better. I believe if you ere going to close at 9:20 p.m. then you need to change the sign on the door to say that you close at 9:20 p.m. or in my case put a sign on the door that says we will not serve you after 9:15 p.m. I understand the reason is that they don't want to pay their employees past 9:30. However this is not a good way to run a business if you want to keep customers coming back. They do not have to worry about me ever coming back because I will never come to this subway again and I'm sure they're very happy about that they obviously do not care about their customers. It's so sad that it has come to this in this day and age that businesses don't say what they mean and mean what they say and stand behind their word. If this were my business I would never treat a customer like this because I would treat my customers like I wanted them to come back. Clearly they do not care rather their customers return or not. I asked the girl inside for the general manager's phone number and she gave it to me right away. I did call the general manager's phone and they never answered and I seriously doubt that they will bother to call me back. I gave this review one star but only because it will not let me give zero stars. I cannot finish the rest of the questions on the review because I was never able to even be served.

Don't order online because no matter how much you tip or say "more" in the items, you get a VERY skimpy portion. I'd say 75% less than if you just say the items without the "more" specifications in person.
No point in tipping either honestly. They haven't earned it as a subway location in general.

No one will answer the phone. I just went in and ordered a flatbread sandwich and finally had the opportunity to take a bite and the flatbread is so stale that you can't eat it!! I have never had this issue before there so it is very surprising to me.

Visiting a buddy of mine from out of state and this has to be one of the worst Subways I’ve ever been to in the world. Time does not exist nor a concern for them at this location. The toothless lady that was “helping” us is just breathing all over the food. Just a shame to Subway with this location. Please eat elsewhere, eat fresh.

Do not go here. Guy working was obviously new but kept pulling up his pants with gloves on. He never washed his hands once the whole time we were there, while the (im guessing) manager washed her hands multiple times. This is basic food service safety. Not to mention he put nearly a pound of avocado on the wrap, there was more avocado than all the other ingredients combined, no we did not ask for extra. We didn't eat our food we were so grossed out by it, and if there weren't as many people in line we wouldve asked for our money back. Hopefully someone rectifies this issue soon.

Went there 20 minutes before close and door was locked employee was inside with lights on to.the place on his phone.. I was gonna tip very well for coming within half hour of closing.. but he was to busy on his phone so someone else got a good tip.

?‍♀️ had two employees, one was busting his butt making sandwiches while the other spent 10+ making a sandwhich for himself even asked by the other guy to help. Ordered two sandwiches and took 20 mins to get them made. Guy was totally either lazy or high randomly laughing when the line of customers weren’t saying a thing.very unprofessional. Ozark has other subways. Don’t waste your time here. I’d leave zero stars.
