Purchased a smoothie & wrap..when I got back to work to eat, my wrap was burnt

went in over a week ago found 3 blonde hairs in my chicken bacon ranch flatbread first off the place smells burnt and disgusting second the staff is always so rude it makes me not want to come here anymore third when i found the hairs in my food i called to let them know and they said they would give me a refund i said okay thank you then called back a couple of days to see if they had refunded me and it just hadn’t processed because i get that it can take about a couple of days to a week then they told me i won’t get it for 3 weeks absolutely ridiculous it takes 2 minutes for you to put hair in my food but three weeks for my money to be refunded???? outrageous.

Food is pretty good, but the customer service is so bad. They always make you feel like they don’t want you there, and they have very bad attitude. A girl with septum ring around 1 O’clock PM, November 20th was absolutely so disrespectful and unnervingly rude. Will not be back anytime soon.

I love this Place so much!! The Staff are a little quiet but I understand, the food Is So good The smoothies are so good at this location 10/10!

i feel very bad for some of the customers here and won’t be coming back because one of my friends that works here was LAUGHING to me the other day about how her ex boyfriends dad came thru and she SPIT in his drink. i was super shocked how she got away with this and started asking her questions. she said “its really not that hard” and she spits in his friends drinks too! if you ever go through and you see a blonde girl working named daisy you should probably double check your sandwhich / smoothies. clearly supervision is slim to none at places like this

This store always smells like burnt food.
We had a group of girls in tonight and we were all chatting when one of the workers very rudely told our girls they were being too loud and she could not hear in her headset. Our girls were not being loud. She could have handled it in a much kinder way.

I ordered the Thai chicken wraps for lunch on the go and the Thai chicken salad for dinner later. Wraps were huge and great flavor. Not too spicy which made me happy. Salad was also oversized for the price. $18. for BOTH ! ??Drive through was fast and friendly!

The girl that took my order has terrible customer service. Didn’t say a word and looked mad the whole time. Wrap was subpar…. Just wasted $18

The food here is always good. It’s too bad the staff isn’t trained better in customer service. The drive through forgot one of my wraps. No biggie. Mistakes happen. But when I called to let them know, the girl on the phone sounded like I was ruining her day. They finally offered to make another for me to pick up. When I got back, the drive through attendant handed me my wrap with a scowl. As if I was being a royal pain for asking for a wrap that I had paid for and that they’d forgotten to give me. TS, your food is awesome…I just wish the servers followed suit.

I really love the food here. It's super disappointing the girls who take the orders have terrible customer service. They never greet anyone, say thank you...nothing. Makes me feel awkward every single time I order. Even my 8 year old daughter commented on it!

Smoothie is never blended enough, food is always terrible. Staff doesn’t have a clue. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.
