I am a regular. I tried to use the app when ordering and it offered a free smoothie through rewards which I have. I tried to order online but said I had to be in the store. When I went to the store to pick up my order I asked about it and was quickly told I can’t help you. There are too many places to eat to not have good service. I have had similar responses in the past when engaging with the staff. I deleted the app today.

The girls at the ozark location are not very friendly. Not very good customer service, they dont greet you when they come to the window they just ask for money then hand you your drink. Customer service isnt what it used to be

The food is great and smoothies but watch that the staff don’t add tips on your card without approval!! When today I order food and drink and was given a total 13.10 them when I went up to drive thru window I was asked what I was using for payment and I said card and handed the female staff my card! She charges it and took a while then asked
If I wanted receipt ! I said yes and she gave me card and receipt! To my surprised my total charged had an added tip!(more than 2.00 dollars) I was not asked for a tip nor authorized it! Well I don’t like being taken advantage of so I address it with the young staff appropriately! She never said sorry but told the manager I’m guessing the manager who later came to the window and stated so you want this charge back in your card! I said Yes I never authorized it and it’s very Rude to do this to your customers! The female stated the staff just hit the wrong button! It was a Mistake! Again there was No apology! I understand mistakes happen I just am
Not sure I believe it! Have the younger generation lost their manners! The manager female stated to be do you want it back on your card!!!! Of course I did but I had no time to sit and wait for the exchange!
I’m appalled that the manager female didn’t say sorry about the whole issues!
My thoughts are how many other customers that trust them have assume they never added a Tip!
It’s the principle about it all!
No one even said the first girl was new or we are really sorry otherwise I would have dropped it!!!
I have been there many times and never been asked are you paying with card or cash!
The Trust and customer service was so lacking! I was appalled this place didn’t take ownership of their So call Mistake !!!!
Please be aware and treat customer better please!

the girls working up front had quite and attitude. we showed up 10 mins before closing of the lobby and they clearly were annoyed serving us, busy chatting when we were ready to order. asked for a extra spoon and she threw it at me not paying any attention to a paying costumer :))

I have dined in and been through drive thru and both are good experiences!
I always order the chicken bacon ranch on flatbread and the Bahama mama! It never disappoints!

An employee by the name of Jonathan was SO extremely helpful for me and my 5 kids. I have eye problems and he read off the whole menu for me. He made sure we all got our orders and were happy with them as well. He was so pleasant and such a delightful young man. I thank tropical smoothie cafe for hiring such an amazing worker! We need more employees like Jonathan!!!
