Tropical Smoothie Cafe

No Cups no smoothie base no açai bowl. Disappointed.
Had to go next door to another restaurant and get cups.

The food is great and smoothies but watch that the staff don’t add tips on your card without approval!! When today I order food and drink and was given a total 13.10 them when I went up to drive thru window I was asked what I was using for payment and I said card and handed the female staff my card! She charges it and took a while then asked
If I wanted receipt ! I said yes and she gave me card and receipt! To my surprised my total charged had an added tip!(more than 2.00 dollars) I was not asked for a tip nor authorized it! Well I don’t like being taken advantage of so I address it with the young staff appropriately! She never said sorry but told the manager I’m guessing the manager who later came to the window and stated so you want this charge back in your card! I said Yes I never authorized it and it’s very Rude to do this to your customers! The female stated the staff just hit the wrong button! It was a Mistake! Again there was No apology! I understand mistakes happen I just am
Not sure I believe it! Have the younger generation lost their manners! The manager female stated to be do you want it back on your card!!!! Of course I did but I had no time to sit and wait for the exchange!
I’m appalled that the manager female didn’t say sorry about the whole issues!
My thoughts are how many other customers that trust them have assume they never added a Tip!
It’s the principle about it all!
No one even said the first girl was new or we are really sorry otherwise I would have dropped it!!!
I have been there many times and never been asked are you paying with card or cash!
The Trust and customer service was so lacking! I was appalled this place didn’t take ownership of their So call Mistake !!!!
Please be aware and treat customer better please!

the girls working up front had quite and attitude. we showed up 10 mins before closing of the lobby and they clearly were annoyed serving us, busy chatting when we were ready to order. asked for a extra spoon and she threw it at me not paying any attention to a paying costumer :))

I love this place! They have great staff and great prices !
I have dined in and been through drive thru and both are good experiences!
I always order the chicken bacon ranch on flatbread and the Bahama mama! It never disappoints!

They barely blended my smoothie I couldn't drink it because chunks were getting stuck in the straw

Every single time I have to this tropical smoothie location I have never seen one smile. Not one worker has enthusiasm and they all look like they hate their job.

An employee by the name of Jonathan was SO extremely helpful for me and my 5 kids. I have eye problems and he read off the whole menu for me. He made sure we all got our orders and were happy with them as well. He was so pleasant and such a delightful young man. I thank tropical smoothie cafe for hiring such an amazing worker! We need more employees like Jonathan!!!

There is one particular teenage male who works here who has an attitude that conveys that he doesn’t want to be at work, will routinely ask “ what do you want?” at the drive-through, oh, and let’s not forget the fact that he’s known to close early during the week, if he can get away with it. I was just there and they had turned out the lights and shut everything down by 10 minutes till nine, And demonstrated a complete unwillingness to serve me and my wife. I am thoroughly disgusted. We’ve spent over $500 here within the last six weeks and this is how we are treated? Deplorable! We will take our business elsewhere if this isn’t corrected.

Ordered drive thru and the male voice says what do you want? I ordered and drove up to the window. The teenager mumbled the amount and took my card and slammed the window. Came back with card and said here and slammed the window again. Brought our smoothies and they were sooo watery. Asked for more ice and took them back. Got the smoothies back and they were a little thicker but had barely any flavor. The lady who brought our food said nothing to us, we said thank you and she didn't smile or say anything and just slammed the window. This sint the first time we have had terrible service at this location but this was the worse experience so far.
