People working there was loud and shouting their personal business for everyone to hear. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger meals and neither had bacon on them. Took them back to counter and was asked what you want us to do about it make new ones. Told them no just put bacon in a container and heat it up. By the time that was done the fries with the meal were cold. Threw them
away.

Very RUDE staff members. I rarely ever post reviews and the treatment customers were receiving warrants one. Two employees were telling everyone to take a seat because there were too many stupid mobile orders to deal with and they wouldn’t accept in house orders. They were constantly complaining about every customer that walked in and every order that came through. There were only 4 tables occupied, about 4 cars in drive thru, and three families in line including us… I understand being overwhelmed with workload but it is NOT HARD to POLITELY ask customers to wait a moment. The attitude and huffiness was ridiculous and other customers were clearly bothered as well. Those employees shouldn’t be up front in the customer service position.

We go regularly for breakfast, however it was super busy unlike normal. Still with it busy we got our food in record time.

The fact that we ordered an order to be picked up and when we arrived we tried to go through the drive thru as we have multiple children in the car and it’s the easiest. We were told we cannot go through the drive thru as we had selected to pick it up inside, which it had reset when the app crashed and we pulled it back up and ordered not knowing. When going inside the food still wasn’t even ready even though we ordered in advance before entering Ozark. Some of the food was already cold as we examined it in the car after receiving it. We also received two straws for six drinks and six shakes. We did at least receive 6 spoons but they forgot half of the condiments we ordered. I understand you guys deal with jerks all day and have gave up on caring about anything but you need better customer service. Smile, ask someone how their day is, recommend something new to try. There is no reason the customer service is so poor here. There needs to be better training for employees when it comes to customer service. My past few visits have been awful and has made me start going to Springfield. I use to go here all the time because of the people but now I’m detoured from this place because of the people.

Moving on to the food. The ”saucy” nuggets have basically no sauce so ask for extra. I got buffalo and didn’t even need the ranch because it wasn’t spicy with how little sauce it had on it. The new thin mint frosty’s are amazing. The burgers were cold so they were not good. The fries were cold but dipping them in the frosty’s made them better. It’s overall a disappointing experience and hope to see improvement when I find myself needing to make a last minute stop.
