I'd give you zero stars if I could. Ordered no onions, no spicy sauce on the avocado bacon burger, it was covered in onions. So, half right. There were 4 of us, and half of us got our orders right. But when it came to the other avocado bacon burger, who ever got that order got it wrong TWICE!

I went through around 9am Saturday Jan 25 I ordered a simple sausage egg cheese biscuit and got no cheese on it. Went back and instead of making my sandwich right they gave me a piece of cheese. Which isn't a big deal except I'm cover in gas and oil so I was forced to put cheese on my dang sandwich with greasy gas hands it will be the last time I go to whattaburger.

Super slow and took over 25 minutes to get my order. Food was Luke warm. This is definitely the slowest whataburger I’ve been to. Not worth coming to if you are wanting to get something quick and then get back on the road.

There's never someone to take your order, and it takes forever to get the order out. When you do get the food, it's wrong and tastes old.
This location is not fast food and if you plan on stopping here add 30 minutes because that is what it seems like it takes also do not plan on getting what you ordered. As long as it takes you would think they are making everything fresh and itwould be hot but no. As Leo said on Lethal Weapon says they "f-you at the drive through." I went the last night order a burger with mustard only and got all the works and a half order of fries. Don't go if you want your ordered screwed up!!

There was nobody to take our order. We had to order using the kiosk which the touch screen was barely working. Watching another customer now not being helped. He just walked out! Took 15 min for 2 Medium shakes and onion rings! We went in because the drive thu is always horrible!

I usually avoid this place whenever I'm getting fast food because they are never fast and always mess up my order but I had to work late for Halloween and they were one of the few places open when my shift was over.
Not only did they screw up my food again, but this time I ended up getting extremely sick from it, I am NEVER eating here again!
