I ordered a pizza from this place with a 2 liter soda my food came but my drink did not I call up there and tell them I did not receive it. My delivery driver said she didn’t feel like going back picking it up and drive it back out here. I called again tonight to order some pizza and told them I should have credit the manger tells me I’m out of luck they can’t do anything so they took my money and don’t wanna do anything about it.

Very poor performance from the 2nd shift, constantly forgetting the toppings on pizzas and being absolutely awful when asked to correct their mistake. The manager is very unprofessional and once even asked for a pizza to be given back to the driver for “proof”. Which I gave them I just thought taking it back to the store was excessive.

This is the best Dominos in Franklin County! The food is always perfect and the delivery is always super fast. I am so glad I moved and found out how great they are.
The staff here are incredibly nice but there is one huge, glaring problem.
They don't wear gloves or practice any food safety. Please have your staff wear gloves or use utensils. This is a food borne illness outbreak waiting to happen.
Edit: I know they claim they frequently hand wash but while I was there I never saw them wash their hands once. I was there about 20 minutes and they touched multiple surfaces than the food without washing their hands. Also contrary to popular belief, cooking kills MOST bacteria, not all so that should not be your only line of safety.

I ordered my free emergency pizza from Dominos. I made a mistake on the delivery address. Called Dominos and they had my back. Made my order fresh, hot and delicious again! Dominos, Pacific MO, you Rock!!
