“We had a cheeseburger, cannolis and small cheese pizza. The cheeseburger was incredibly delicious! Great flavor and would 100 percent recommend it. For the pizza we chose mozzarella cheese. My very picky child said it was the best pizza ever! The cannoli cream was delicious and had chocolate chips in it! 10 out of 10! Great job!”

“I was passing thru MO on I-44. I saw sign for Imo's. I get an Imo's Pizza every trip to/thru MO. I had never been to the Pacific location. It was the best Imo's Pizza I have EVER had, & I have had many!!! Manager Amber was so helpful & kind. I was tired from driving all day from OK, where I had just finished a dog-sit, on my way to a MO dog-sit. The staff were very nice. It was my best experience in all the visits to an Imo's!!!! My trip continued with me being tired, but full & uplifted by my wonderful experience!! Thank you Amber for your kindness & generosity & uplifting attitude!!!”

Their closing time is at 9:00pm, and they told us they are cleaning up and leave early while we were eating our dinner. They had no right to make us leaving early. And yes they put food away too early. And they already turned the “Open” light off. Disbelieving!?!?
* They made our sandwiches not enough filling up before we were told to leave early.

“The Hay Market is within the Holiday Inn at Six Flags and is within a historical dairy barn that was converted many years ago...
Through out the years we have dined here off and on... on Thanksgiving Day they offered a holiday themed buffet... which was delicious...
Melissa was our waitress that day... she was attentive and stopped by to make sure we we not in need of anything... everyone was kind and wonderful...
We will definitely eat there again...”

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Amanda for her outstanding customer service. My wife and I happened to stop in right before closing time — literally one minute before they were about to lock the doors. We honestly had no idea they were closing, and I completely would have understood if we had been turned away or if the staff had seemed frustrated that we came in so late. But Amanda didn’t show a single sign of frustration or impatience.
Instead, she greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately went to work making our sandwiches. She moved quickly but still took the time to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. It was clear that she cared about the quality of what she was serving, even though she was probably ready to close up and head home after a long day. That kind of attitude really stands out — it says a lot about her character and her commitment to good customer service.
Most people would have rushed through the order or been short with us at that time of night, but Amanda stayed professional, polite, and genuinely helpful the entire time. It’s not easy to find employees who treat customers that well, especially right before closing, and I think she deserves recognition for it.
I truly appreciate her effort and positive attitude — it turned what could’ve been an awkward or rushed experience into a really pleasant one. Thank you, Amanda, for going above and beyond and representing your workplace so well. I’ll definitely be back because of the service you provided.”

“06Jul2024 1953 hours I'm currently typing this from the KFC parking lot. The TWO ONLY SHIFT is so burnt out and exhausted, I feel so bad for them. I'd love to see more employees working at this store 😕 Even after all of this, obviously being heavily hit for the evening rush, these TWO EMPLOYEES are serving customers so much more in the department of respect and dignity. I have been coming to this location since 2013, and these are the best employees I have ever seen working here. I hope higher management and owners see this post and applaud and reward these two employees. I would love to address this to higher management and owners if they wished to hear about these employees hard efforts to bring this store back. 💜”
